This unique, detached accommodation is located in the centre of Tyrol, south of the fortress town of Kufstein.
The former hotel is now a large holiday home. This makes it an ideal accommodation for groups, families and other large parties. The Forellenhof has recently had a new owner and is looking forward to welcoming its guests.
This special property is suitable for a maximum of 60 people. It is entirely at the disposal of your travelling party. Your privacy is guaranteed here!
The very large holiday home (no less than 1200 m2 of holiday pleasure) consists of a main building and an outbuilding. Everything is connected from the inside. The parlours (Austrian living rooms) are a wonderful place to sit together. Outside on the terrace there is a barbecue and there is also a fire pit in the garden.
In total there are no fewer than 29 bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is in good condition and for the real enthusiasts there is even a sauna (for 10 people)!
The ski bus stops almost right outside the door and takes you free of charge to the largest ski area in Austria, including Ellmau, Westendorf and Kirchberg.
Angerberg is close to the main roads to the Brixental Valley. From here you also have access to one of the largest and most modern ski areas in the world: SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. The ski area is ideal for marvellous ski tours and for enjoying the white world. In summer too, nature lovers are in the right place to go on beautiful hikes and mountain bike tours while enjoying the wonderful views of the mountainous surroundings.
The nearby Mariastein is well worth a visit. It is known for its snow-white church and chapel. The image of the Virgin Mary in the Chapel of Grace, which can be reached via many steps, casts a spell over many pilgrims.

We were with 50 people in the holiday home and it was super suitable for us. The kitchen was great, the rooms and the bathrooms and also the outdoor area was great. We'd love to come back!

It's really a great location and good support on site. A lot has already been redone, one or the other bed needs a renewal. The Forellenhof is quite expensive, but also offers a lot :) The slightly more than 1000 € additional costs at the end of the WE was quite steep, you have to reckon with that...

We felt very well gefühlt.Die manager is very cooperative and makes a lot of effort, the guests is a great holiday to ermöglichen.Schade that one of the larger rooms must be booked and paid separately on site. But a book is worthwhile in any Fälle.Und the heating system needs a refurb vertragen.Aber all the doing of the house as such no harm.

Super week in the house. Were 58 men (friends, family, acquaintances and children). Is spacious for 60 people so doable. Spacious kitchen and parlor with fireplace is very cozy. Take yourself good kettle (s) concerned and were not too many pannen.Hebben had very good weather and it was so good to do in order to eg Itter Soll or to drive to ski. Is approximately 20 minutes. Also sufficient in nearby supermarkets for shopping. Bread roll service through ownership perfect.Kortom, highly recommended.

Great surroundings, a very large house, the management (Rosi) was very helpful and the takeover and return went smoothly. The house is getting old and some things need to be renovated. A fantastic kitchen with lots of space. We felt comfortable and had a nice week in Forellenhof

The house is a good condition and quite spacious, which in group travel has the charm that one a little split in the house kann.Schade and for me is not clear why the second big room must be booked in addition to a wonderful fireplace (210 € ), even if the entire house as a group alone belegt.Die housekeeper Sandra is great and super eager to assist the group by force and with help and TAT always on hand to stand (Thank yOU for that!). We would definitely come back.

Most of the guests go skiing during the day, some walking or visiting surrounding stadjes.Kortom: something for everyone in and around the Forellenhof.

It was a nice vacation! Forellenhof It is beautiful, quiet area. You enjoy complete privacy. You must then have a ride of at least 20 minutes to the nearest ski lift bijpakken. The rooms are nice and spacious and so is the kitchen. Well you notice here and there traces of aging in some rooms. The ovens in the kitchen mogten bigger and start on time to boil water as it can take a long time! A fryer is missing! I recommend self ookpannen and some small pots to take and a radio for the kitchen unless you keep dead silence. Also a few thermoses (coffee and tea) you are advised to also take home mee.Hou of high electricity costs (1500 euro could easily be in the winter for a group of 40 people!) Sandwiches can be delivered to your home.

Our stay at the Forellenhof we like it fine for the third year in a row. The Forellenhof is located in a very quiet place, but the ski bus came to pick us daily at the door and "afternoon take it back. We have delicious home cooking and the organization around it was nothing short of excellent.

We were 50 colleagues' s a long weekend at Forellenhof. Excellent accommodation, fine bedrooms, all with private shower ... Great kitchen, enough space and privacy ... Disadvantage high energy bills and extra charges for breakfast area. Advantage very friendly hostess and many place ear everyone ...

Very nice (former) hotel, now bookable as a house. Accommodation is a bit older and dated, but very neat and clean. Inventory complete, and it's just very, very spacious. Very suitable for large groups!

It was a lovely holiday in a beautiful home. We were able to start many a hike and did not need go away. In home stood us table tennis available. A meadow where we could set up our volleyball net because the network was not provided by the home available. It was an electric piano we promised what was not available, nor are. The home is indeed designed for 60 persons but cutlery, soup plates, and glasses were unfortunately not sufficiently available. The home was booked as a whole, but where we wanted to use the room next to the dining room we had to pay 150 €. Unfortunately the Administer could not reach (ca.19.00Uhr) where we had a power outage in one room. Otherwise it was a great vacation

Great house for a large group of people. Slightly outdated, which is noticeable in the somewhat short beds, the chaotic electricity and general condition of the house. But everything you need is there, the surroundings are beautiful and the hostst very friendly.
