This countryside farmhouse is in Tyrol's Schwendau. It comes with 1 large room. The property accomodates up to 4 persons with the famous ski area Ski Zillertal 3000 nearby. You can enjoy skiing at a distance, walk or relax on the terrace, enjoy the mountain view in the balcony or relax in the public pool. Nearest ski area in 1.2 km while restaurants can be found in 200 m. The public pool is in just 1000 m for a quick dip. General supplies can be found just 500 m away. With such a convenient location and facilities, the apartment is ideal for small family with kids. Enjoy bicycling, walk amidst the hills, relax in the garden, or play with kids in the playroom. The cozy home amidst the hills is definitely a unique option for a cozy family vacation. Town center is 500 m away while the train station is in 4 km.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the farm and the thoughtful details of the hosts. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, and we enjoyed breakfast with a view of the mountains. A fantastic place for a family vacation!

Very friendly owners with excellent service and communication. Everything was clearly explained and time was taken to get acquainted. The bread service is very handy with local products (eggs, fresh cow's milk and apple pie) and it was also fun to visit the animals with our 3-year-old daughter.

On arrival the reception was unmanned. We had to call and were helped quickly. Also the possibility to order a breakfast basket every morning with eggs, milk, bread etc. Sufficient brochure material available. Trips close by. Apartment large enough for 2 people. Everything present.Very nicely decorated.Only a point for improvement.In the living area / kitchen, only curtains for the windows that are present around, but because the apartment is in the loop, everyone who walks past automatically looks inside. There is a sliding slat on the front door. This would be ideal to also place on the other windows.
