This apartment in Gerlos is located next to the ski lift. It comes with 4 bedrooms and a sauna to unwind after a tiring day. It is perfect for a group of 8 or families with children to stay.
Zillertal Arena is at a walkable distance and is one of the most beautiful skiing areas of Tirol. During the summer, you can enjoy walking and mountain biking. The lake at 4 km is ideal for a refreshing swim. Enjoy local food from restaurants at 100 m. For shopping, supermarket is at a walkable distance of 10 m.
The cold evenings can be spent in the living room watching TV with the wood stove keeping you cosy. The apartment has a floor heating so that you can comfortably walk around. The bedrooms are also comfortable with a double bed, TV and balcony. Children's bed, high chair (small fee) and garage are also provided. You can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains from the roof terrace. Ski storage is also available.
Public transport is nearby at 10 m.

A fantastic accommodation, only the house was not clean. A lot of dirt on the floor and various parts of the crockery were dirty and with caked food remains in the cupboard.

Too bad that earlier check-in was not possible. Beautiful accommodation, large, clean, ideally located near ski lift and supermarket.

Apartment Top 12 was a fantastic experience. Very large apartment with 2 bathrooms (1 of which is incredibly spacious) and also a shower in the sauna. 4 spacious double bedrooms and 2 very large balconies with beautiful views. Due to circumstances we were not with the 8 people for whom we had booked, but with 5, so that we had even more space in this very spacious apartment. In the basement there is a 6 kg washing machine and dryer where you can do your laundry for 2 euros. Ideal. The reception consists of a Dutch-speaking lady, so those who do not really speak German can go there without any problems. The only small downside (which did not bother us) is that with this apartment you only have 2 parking spaces in the parking garage, which may be 1 space too little for 8 adults.

The apartment was beyond fantastic. However, 1 very big downside was the cleaning. On arrival 200 euros cleaning costs had to be settled immediately. Much more than we're used to, but ok. However, upon entering the apartment we were confronted with a poorly cleaned house. When putting down the suitcases in the bedrooms, the dust flakes flew around our ears. Immediately picked up a vacuum cleaner via the reception to vacuum yourself. Then other things were found (in the bathroom, without going into details) which we could clean ourselves before using. After contacting the owner it turned out that there are problems with the new cleaning company. Probably, but this now became our problem, despite the hefty cleaning costs already paid. In the end, it turned out that the dishwasher was not working properly because it was clogged due to a large amount of glass shards (?).

Great loss in the cottage was a hair dryer (especially among the ladies). Because of the perfect insulation, many small fish suffer from silver fish in cupboards, furniture and bathrooms.

We had a super nice week in Gerlos. We stayed in the penthouse with 8 people. Enough space, clean and everything we needed. Friendly welcome and it was no problem to leave at night. The location is perfect, just cross the road to the ski lift where you can also rent ski equipment. Walking distance from apresski and other nice restaurants. This apartment is definitely recommended!
