We were a group of 11 people. The bus stop for the ski bus is located within walking distance 2min. Ski bus up to the middle station Gerlos mountain and down into the valley Zell am Ziller. Last ride from the valley up towards accommodation is, however, already 1605Uhr. This was something negativ.Der view of the valley is correct schön.Das house with its lounge + kitchen on the ground suitable for 12 people. It asked still in the 1st floor with a smaller kitchen also Sitzgelegeneheit.Durch the bedroom layout is this house for groups of pairs well geeignet.Der bread service has any early funktioniert.Küchenausstattung for our large group was completely ok.Alles in all it was a beautiful Urlaub.VG from Leipzig

Really liked spacious rooms, cleaned well, typical Austrian decor, ski bus outside the door. We applied to just 14 adults in the living room. There is one bunk bed and one sofa bed, which are the lesser rooms. Nice owners, wifi fee and bread service all fine!

For up to 10 persons are in this house very well aufgehoben.Darüber it is very tight. Especially when eating. This one would like but do together and we had everything full questions and sat successive still like chickens. Despite family it was very close. We were forbidden to use the upper kitchen. The furnace in the lower kitchen offers but only under and upper hitz. Moreover, only a sheet and after a telephone conversation with the owner and you would agree at the end! Came only stubborn counteract and not a entgegkommen. Too bad. .There Was nothing in the house. Neither in soap, salt, pepper, or a toilet paper roll. I know another and does not speak for the best service. The house is good and there is WLAN. Ski bus (50m) from the house. However, Dr bus only goes gerlosberg. And from there it take to traverse 1h to gerlos ski. And it will return only a few buses. We musstenzweimal a taxi back because the buses were full or already gone.

We are 22 / 29 February 11 persoen been in this beautiful home. We were 2 families with adult children and we enjoyed the space in this house. The ski bus stopped practically at the house and brought us each morning to the ski slope.

We were 11 people in the ski holiday. The accommodation was completely ausreciehnd for all people. Everyone had their retreat. The view from the balcony is simply gorgeous. Every day we have common hours after skiing on the balcony spent. Also, the living room is very cozy and invites you to linger. The kitchen is adequately equipped, so it was no problem for all people to cook in a kitchen and also there to eat together. Toilets and showers were sufficiently available for 11 persons. Total of a great house with a great location outside of town (shopping only by car possible). But there is a daily bread / rolls service for breakfast. Just great! The house was very clean and the owners are also very nice! We can recommend the house all!

Had a very good holiday. Nice skiing etc. The only downside to this house is that it is located far from the ski lift and only every 45 minutes a ski passes. I must honestly say that the owner, lives next to the house, very bemoeierig and every day comes along to see if the garbage is properly sorted.

The house is on a very steep hill, with very sharp bends, severe snowfall difficult to bereiken.het view from above was prachtig.het furniture was dated but netjes.verder had a great holiday, wherever it was almost green, but the mountains you could do well skieen.Het valley was green, the mountain was very smooth, but there was gestrooid.Oostenrijk: wonderful holiday destination in winter.

The Pink House offers good facilities for skiers. We were a group of 11 friends and we had plenty of space and tranquility that we have lived in the house completely self. It was clean and everything there what you need. Ski bus stop to the Zell is almost right outside the front door and roll service is also available. We have been staying in chalet Rosa for a fifth year now. We are three families and we spend our winter vacation in this house as it is spacy, clean and have all facilities for families with kids. We feel quite confortable there and we are about to make our next 2015 reservation again there!

With pleasure we stayed for the second time with a group of friends (11 people) in Chalet Rosa during our skiing holiday. A cozy and clean house, with a beautiful view of the valley. The living room is quite small for a large group, the table could have been bigger. The house owner was a bit grumpy, but that did not spoil the fun.

A beautiful holiday home with outbuilding in a romantic mountain location and with a steep access road. Very nice, covered patio overlooking the valley. The basement and first floor apartment are new, nice and functional, the EC apartment with bathroom, kitchen and living room is older. The kitchen and living room on the ground come from about 9 people to their capacity limits and the local lighting is a bit poor, the ski bus stop is only about 25 meters from the house. Overall good accommodation for families and smaller groups. We felt very comfortable there. Many thanks and best regards to the landlord family unfortunately the job is in permanent stress seems to be.
