This fine flat has 1 bedroom and sleeps 4 people, this is ideal for a family holiday. Located in Kaltenbach, it is 1 km from the ski lift.

The flat is in a quiet location in the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area, 1 km from the lake. Nearby, you will find 1000 km of hiking trails and 800 km of mountain bike routes in the beautiful nature; these vary between 500 and 2300 m altitude. A 5-minute walk away is the family-run Hotel Seetal. Here you can use the swimming pool and lovely sauna for free once a week.

This flat is cosily furnished and features a ski storage room with ski boot warmers. A washing machine and dryer are available. Wi-Fi is available in the house and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

The ski bus stop is 15 metres away.

Note: The charging of e-cars is only permitted at the e-charging station at the hotel and otherwise EUR 100.00 per day will be charged.

Spacious atmosphere! The apartment had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I loved the ski boot warmers and the cozy aesthetic. Perfect for family outings or group gatherings.

Overall, a decent place to stay, the amenities were satisfactory and the apartment was clean, a bit far from the ski lift if you want to walk, but the ski bus stop was just a few steps away.

Arrival was somewhat problematic. Someone would be present at the time of our arrival, but there was nobody and we had to be informed by phone that we had to get the key to the hotel somewhere in the village. Searching for the hotel in the dark was somewhat difficult. Especially if you are tired from the trip. But fortunately Kaltenbach is not very big. Advance consultation might have been slightly better. The accommodation was fine. Clean and tidy. Environment has been known to us for a long time and is therefore fantastic. Otherwise we would not have returned.

We immediately spoke to someone. If something was broken you could call the hotel and they would arrange it from them. We were on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the piste and the gondola. For us it was great!

The location was serene, and we enjoyed the proximity to nature, The apartment had a nice layout, and the beds were very comfortable, We would definitely return!
