Entire Chalet – up to 18 guests

This beautiful and fully modernized chalet for up to 18 guests is ideally located near the center of Leogang and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Built and designed by the owners with great care and attention to detail, the house combines generous space, high-quality furnishings, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The chalet consists of multiple units across all floors and can be rented together, making it perfect for large families or groups. It features two spacious living areas on the ground and first floor, each with a sofa bed, as well as two open, fully equipped kitchens with dining areas. From the ground floor, you have direct access to a sunny terrace and the garden.

In total, the chalet offers 5 comfortable bedrooms (two with additional bunk beds) and 3 modern bathrooms. A ski storage room and parking directly at the chalet are also available.

Leogang, situated at 788 m in a wide alpine valley between the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps, is an ideal base for year-round outdoor activities. The free ski bus (approx. 100 m away) takes you to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn with 270 km of slopes. Additional ski areas include Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.

In summer, enjoy swimming lakes, outdoor pools, hiking, and biking – the Epic Bikepark Leogang is very close by. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible.

Note: In peak season, Sunday arrival and departure is often recommended due to lower traffic.

It was a very nice big house with all amenities. We had a great holiday there. One disadvantage is that there is a ski lift 1 km away. Unfortunately that is not correct.

Arrival okay, first impression of the house not inviting. Leogang as a place very nice and ski bus connection (600 meters) very good. Lift systems, ski service and ski depot very good.

Description was fine. Only a greeting was not a bad thing. So invent everything yourself. The house for 10 people is not suitable it is divided into 2 parts. Beds are much too narrow 60 cm for 130 kilograms unsuitable. Ski bus stop at 300 meters is not true. Had to walk 1 kilometer every morning with ski boots at best. Price quality ratio costs house over 3000 euros per week not in proportion. Am really better used to Belvilla. All in all certainly not worth repeating. Next time but look elsewhere.

Everything was very nice. The house was as described. It was clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Ski area itself was Easter rum (17 April) is still passable. Mountain bike trails right outside the door. A nice grill / bonfire places place near the Hauses.Diese accommodation I can only recommend.

We had a great time in this chalet in Leogang. It was perfect for our large group, and the layout really suited us. The kitchens were well-equipped, which was great for cooking together after a long day on the slopes. We loved relaxing in the living room by the cozy fireplace. The views from the terrace were stunning, especially in the morning. The only downside was that the WiFi was sometimes a bit slow, but honestly, we were too busy enjoying the outdoor activities to worry about it. We will definitely be back!
