This comfortable holiday home, which guests will have entirely to themselves, is situated on the first floor and has no fewer than 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful living room with an open-plan kitchen where the whole group can enjoy meals together. From the sun-drenched balcony, guests can enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.
The house is perfect for those looking to ski at the Hochkönig ski area as it provides ski storage and is a mere 600m from the Ski lift.
In spring and summer, the house is surrounded by vast green meadows and guests really enjoy being amidst the lap of nature. Maria Alm offers many options and is very popular during these seasons. Thanks to its central location, Maria Alm is an ideal base for many daytrips to Salzburg or Zell am See, the Kaprun reservoir, the Grossglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the "World of the Ice Giants".

We were 4 people in the large apartment stays 1 and 2, in the external house next to the main building. Very comfortable beds, and a large living-kitchen. Ideal location, beautiful scenery. It just lacked that the apartment had been a single piece so we wouldn't have to go out to the landing to go to the bedroom area. The hosts only speak German, but we were able to understand each other with the Google translator without problems.

We had a fantastic stay in this holiday home in Maria Alm! The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and the open kitchen made cooking together a pleasure. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. It is also just a short walk to the gondola, which was a big plus for us. Highly recommended for a cozy skiing vacation!

Great place to stay! The rooms are spacious, and the living area was perfect for family meals, We loved the nearby hiking trails during the day and relaxing in the evening, Would recommend to anyone visiting the area
