This lovely Holiday home is located in the well known area of Maria Alm and is spacious enough to accommodate a large family or friends group, with no less than 7 bedrooms for your comfort. With the central heating system, you will find yourself warm enough in the winters.
This area is a paradise amongst tourists who are interested in various snow related activities like skiing, snowboarding or sleighing, due to the availability of many slopes with well enough snow. Even in the spring or summers, you can enjoy the sereneness of the far stretched green meadows from the home itself.
The holiday home has beautiful living room with open plan kitchen and a large dining table for your group to have meals together. You have a balcony from where the view of mountain slopes can be enjoyed , with snow in the winter. There is also parking facility available.
Being at the centre location, day trips to Salzburg or Zell am See, Kaprun reservoir, Kaprun reservoir, the Grossglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the 'World of the Ice Giants' can be easily taken into consideration. Public transport is within a kilometre range and airport being at 86 km distance.

Great holiday. The house is located in a beautiful setting, and is suitable for a large group as we were (4 families with children between 7 and 12 years), although the lack of washing machine and internet connection are notorious and should be remedied. The owners only speak German (to keep it in mind).

Since it was already dark and there was a lot of snow on the road to the house (without snow chain not to do) we could not find the house and we called the owner but we were told in a very unfriendly tone that all guests we could find it and we were not helped further On arrival we got a short tour of the house in an unfriendly tone also we had to make our beds ourselves and there was no salt pot or filter bag in the house We could not use the garage, s the recreation room was lockedWith the very strict final inspection of the house was even looked in the dust bag It was a nice spacious house

Clean accommodation, friendly owner. For our stay of 1 week we only got 1 bath towel and 1 towel pp for the whole week! Kitchen linen consisted of 3 tea towels, no kitchen towel or dishcloths, so the linen package was really minimal. The accommodation was for 15 people according to the description, the common room is really insufficient for this number, the upstairs bedrooms are fine! The environment is beautiful!

The reception was factually subcooled. A warm welcome is different. Prohibitions and the concern for a careful handling of the guests with the house obviously come first. The question of a snow shovel (there was over 30cmNeuschnee) to shovel the cars was rejected (that would not be necessary) ... I have in 20 years skiing holidays also not experienced.The upper floor is toprenoviert, the middle unfortunately not. Very nice dining area. Smoking is allowed only on the back balcony ... think, grumble ... why? The farm dog should not approach, at least not if he was moored to the leash of the house (so the warning). Those have not kept the dogs. Those who were not so keen on dogs had a little muff if the four-legged swept unangeleint on the farm.Brötchenservice by the landlord top! Kitchen towels were not included in the linen package and had to be inquired extra although in the description Belvilla location of the house good (for experienced skiers on a ski route reachable, if you ignore the pistes. Exit to the elevator 2x unbuckle ok
