This chalet apartment for a maximum of 8 people is part of a holiday complex which is located directly behind the town center of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, on the sunny side of the Glemmtal and near the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area. The hillside location offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The holiday complex consists of 3 detached chalets, which are connected to each other via a central staircase.
The apartment is modernly furnished and has a cozy, large living room with a sofa bed, an open fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms and a washing machine. Two parking spaces are reserved for you in the garage. In the holiday complex there is a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer (shared with other guests). The holiday complex also has 2 charging stations for electric vehicles.
The beginners' ski slope with a lift is just 300 meters from the holiday complex. The free ski bus also starts from there, so in just a few minutes you can be in the wonderful Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 modern cable cars and lifts . With the ALPIN CARD ticket network from Skicircus with the Schmittenhöhe ski areas in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun, just one ticket opens up a supra-regional winter paradise with 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts in 3 premium ski regions!
In summer there are many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. The downhill track in the World Cup village of Leogang is literally around the corner. The Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers lots of swimming fun in summer, and you can also be at Lake Zell in Zell am See in just 20 minutes.
In town or in neighboring Zell am See there are plenty of shops for your daily needs as well as a large selection of restaurants.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, auch die Garage groß genug für das Auto sowie mehrere Bikes. Ausstattung und Raumaufteilung sehr gut, Preis-Leistung passt. Balkon ist auch ausreichend, man kann und darf auch grillen, leider ist kein Grill vor Ort. Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber weit ab vom Zentrum. Einkaufen und Restaurants nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Bitte beachten: Bei dem Haus ist die Joker-Card nicht inklusive, es müssen also alle Seilbahnen voll bezahlt werden!

The arrival did not go so smoothly. The contact person (key holder) was not present and not available by phone. The accommodation is excellent, as well as the environment!

Nice apartment close to the ski bus station, with which one is in a few minutes at the gondola. Two things I would like to say it is not a real detached house in the true sense but an apartment (there are windows all around, but it does not fall on and was ok for me) - but I really wanted a house / cabin and had it also filtered.The second is that in the kitchen urgently a wooden spoon and a pan scoop (no idea how that is called in real) missing.But otherwise really nice, inexpensive and tip-top. And the reception is / was awesome)

Hardly so little snow ski, this massive hike lot and the apartment is perfectly situated in the valley. Area is extremely quiet because hardly any traffic. It is then accepted that transactions are only accessible by car. The apartment is very well equipped. It lacks only a sauna and then it would be perfect -)!

Belvilla lists the address as Lengaubergweg house no 550, however, after some confusion, this appears to be 560 planer. We were welcomed by the manager who should be. The only downside were the wide stone stairs, on the bedroom floor was not otherwise shield for small children than with the bank on the landing.

With a group SkiVrienden a fantastic week polite. The apartment has a high level where you are comfortably off bijloopt. Underfloor heating was super, sometimes almost a little too hot on the feet. The beds slept well. Cozy living room and sit with good and very neat dining area. Complete kitchen. Well organized and spatially. The bedroom with four bunks in itself is too tight if you must stay here. Four adults and luggage Only when sleep is safe to do so. For children, this must be very cozy. Overall picture is a super clean and well-equipped apartment with a very good level. Very neat and complete. The garage where two cars' s in may and the electric door malfunctioned., The key cabinet system with code and safety deposit boxes is a good facility.

clean and quiet location, ideal for non-skiers who like to walk, and for the more energetic and less than 2 km from the lifts to a very large ski area, a successful holiday for us again.

We were well received, friendly owner. Very helpful! Immediately told what fun activities there were to do. Also nice with children. We were allowed to use the sled in the ski room. In short, fine!

Nice spacious and clean house. Ski area is easily accessible, ski bus a few minutes walk. With your own transport you are easy and fast at the ski lifts where most ski lifts have sufficient free parking during the day. Ski area has surprised us, nice large area with plenty of variety.
