This luxurious apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located in a holiday complex in the center of the small village of Viehhofen, just before the famous ski resort of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, right next to the ski school's practice area and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The apartment is on the first floor of the holiday complex, is furnished to a high standard and offers a large living room with a fireplace and direct access to a sunny terrace and garden, an open fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 2 spacious bedrooms (one with an extra bunk bed) and 2 beautiful Bathroom (one with a bathtub). The apartment also has a washing machine. The holiday complex has a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer and a storage room for bicycles. There is 1 parking space reserved for you in the underground car park.
The ski bus stop is close to the holiday complex, so in just a few minutes you can be in the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes, 70 modern cable cars and lifts, over 60 cozy huts and numerous other attractions. With the ALPIN CARD ticket network from Skicircus with the Schmittenhöhe ski areas in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun, just one ticket opens up a supra-regional winter paradise with 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts in 3 premium ski regions!
In summer there is a good range of outdoor activities. The downhill track in the World Cup village of Leogang is literally around the corner. The Käpt"n Hook adventure pool with a water area of 1000 m2 with a water slide and wild water canal offers lots of bathing fun in summer. You can also reach Lake Zell in Zell am See in just 20 minutes and the Tauern Spa in Kaprun in 25 minutes.
Directly in town, in Saalbach-Hinterglemm or in Zell am See, there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It is pleasant to live in and spacious. Nice beds. A spacious terrace. Viehhofen is beautiful. You are close to Zell am See, Saalbach Hinterglemm, Kaprun. You can enjoy delicious food at restaurant Oberwirt. In short, we enjoyed it!

The accommodation is top. The reception was very warm, but for the rest we could enjoy maximum privacy. The apartment is very luxurious with everything on it. The surrounding area is picturesque and there are many possibilities near mountain walks, with the cable lift to the Kitzsteinhorn, Zell-am-See, etc. Only the weather needs to be rehearsed because there are few possibilities for rain weather. But the expresso device in the apartment is very good. Viehhofen is a must for anyone looking for an active holiday.

We were very kindly received by the concierge of the apartment. The apartment is luxurious and cozy, very quiet too. It is located along a main road. The terrace is beautifully furnished, but you'll hear the passing cars ... So do not worry the rest outside, but in all the comfort and rest.

Beautiful, well maintained huis.Achter the house is a ski slope, the descent was unfortunately closed, but the childcare here in the lovely snow spelen.De first gndel is around an 8-minute drive from the house.

We have Residenz Drei Berge spent a lovely long weekend in Viehhofen. A lovely house with every luxury and very clean. The surroundings are lovely.

Beautiful apartment with really thought of everything! Compliments! Also in the summer Viehoven a wonderful destination with beautiful natural surroundings you can enjoy delicious here. Saalbach-Hinterglemm (cycling, walking), Sell am See (lake) and Kaprun (glacier, lake) Krimmler Wasserfall (highest in Europe), are easy to reach all of them. In summer, this particular natural phenomena discovered by the general public.

luxurious and beautiful apartment on the corner of 2nd storey. From here you can either way, Saalbach, Zell am See, Salzburg. Viehhoven the town where the apartment is located is not much to do. There is a shop, bank, tourist office and 3 restaurants. In a radius of 15 km are making. Stunning walking routes Recommended is a trip, first by car, elevator or walking to see the Wiess We had a great vacation here.

Great new apartment. Please note on arrival in the winter, you need a ramp manner (bend) to the parking garage to reach. This can be problematic for some cars. Further features of the accommodation excellent! Very good week near Saalbach. You can ski trips delicious!
