This large, wonderful and, above all, luxuriously furnished holiday home for a maximum of 16 people is located in the center of Krimml in Salzburgerland, near the Zillertal Arena ski area. The well-known place is located at the highest waterfalls in all of Europe.

The holiday home offers a large living room with a seating area, fireplace and dining area for 14-16 people, an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen, 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 high-quality bathrooms spread over 4 floors, an in-house wellness area with Finnish sauna. On the sunny balcony at the back of the house you can enjoy the fantastic area and the view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The children can play wonderfully in the adjacent garden. There is also a carport with parking spaces for 2 cars. In total you have 4 parking spaces.

In winter you can get on the ski bus just 250 meters from the house. This takes you to the huge Zillertal Arena ski area with a total of 150 kilometers of slopes in around 15 minutes. Another ski area in the immediate vicinity is the Wildkogel Arena ski area with 75 kilometers of slopes.

In summer, the huge Krimml waterfalls are a crowd puller. They are the highest waterfalls in all of Europe. You can't miss them. The area also offers many hikes and mountain bike tours.

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Super location. Great wellness area. There were cobwebs in the bedrooms. The coolness was also not properly cleaned (crumbs in the cabinets, dust and grease on the handles of the wall cabinets). Otherwise, a nice spacious house.

Beautiful large and practical house; super suitable for larger groups; neat sanitary facilities, also in the bedrooms. Nice large balcony at the back with sunshade (tip: install lighting on the balcony). Great garden. The front is located on a somewhat busier road, so it does create some noise, but it is a cozy village, so it is not bothersome for us (tip: place sunshade on the outside of the glass facade, as the kitchen/living room get warm quickly). The church bells are quite present; in the early morning, it takes some getting used to, but otherwise fine and it has something beautiful about it. Super handy is the Spar (supermarket/bakery) across the street. In short: very good to speak of.

Beautiful accommodation. Note that the church bell wakes you up from 06:00. Too few bath towels, only 1 per person, after that you have to wash them yourself. Never experienced such limitations before, certainly not during an active holiday. If you want an extra one, you have to pay; given the price of the accommodation, this is certainly not appropriate.

The house is spacious. Enough space for 16 people. The furnishings were very good. Very good and large sauna with a large lounge area. Unfortunately, there was not a single coat hook in the sauna lounge. You couldn't hang up a bathrobe or towel. In the bedrooms, we would have liked more coat hooks as well. The bedrooms were dusty, especially under the beds. Overall, we were satisfied and would gladly recommend the house.

The house is nice and large with plenty of modern fitted bathrooms. The kitchen is large with a great induction plate. The beds are lovely. The fridge could have been a little bigger for a house for 16 people. Certainly the freezer compartment is very small. Outside also a nice terrace and garden. A disadvantage are the church bells next to the house, which make a terrible noise of a few minutes at six o'clock in the morning, waking everyone up. The municipality of Krimml should do something about this. Tip: make lighting at the bbq outside.

The house is really great, well equipped and plenty of space.
Unfortunately it wasn't really clean upon arrival. The toothpaste from the previous tenants was still on the mirrors.
There were 11 of us and we booked the house because of the 6 bedrooms, but one of the rooms was locked and the beds were only made for 11 people. We then had to remove 2 beds and cover the others with new ones.
Furthermore, there was no instruction in the apartment or the kitchen or anything else. The guest card is also valid for the waterfalls, for example, which would then be free. The swimming pool in Krimml is also free.
But without any real info.
I only had contact with Ms. Hofer by phone, which wasn't always courteous, but rather harsh.
Conclusion: the house is good, but the church bell is really annoying. That's where the punk rocks at 6 a.m. in the morning.
Therefore we will not book this house again.
