Had a great week in this very complete and clean house with very hospitable owners who live on the ground floor.
Upon arrival there was fruit and a bottle of wine ready to welcome us. They were always there for us with questions and tips. The house has 3 very spacious bedrooms, which was ideal with 3 children, of which the eldest of 16 had his own room. Also easy to book if you want to go on holiday with 3 couples. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers. Beautiful views and a good base for fun and beautiful trips in the area. Highly recommended!!

The arrival was very nice and pleasant. We were met with tea / coffee and then the schnapps came to the table. Every day when we got home the day was discussed with Caspar and Christa and the next day discussed. The holiday home is a large cozy home. Everything is there, but really everything. On the kitchen table was a bottle of wine, a bottle of spring water and a filled fruit bowl and the beds were neatly made. The Salzburger Land is a beautiful part of Austria and you can see the mountains from the house. On the advice of Caspar and Christa we received good tips for walks and outings with our dog. For example, we went to the Grossglockner, to the Krimml waterfalls and to the top of the panorama track. We also went to Zell am See. We have walked at the Hintersee and in the Hollebachtal. We have done a lot in 1 week, but time was actually too short, especially at a temperature far above 30 degrees.

Last May holidays we have with the family (2 children) the combination Vienna / gedaan.In Alps mountains we wanted a central location between various sites and a typical Austrian atmosphere. Sonnenschein has even exceeded expectations. The cottage is inside and out very nicely. It's more of a "home" than a "residence". The owners have surprised us on arrival with fresh fruit. Every morning fresh bread hung on the door. Snaps drink with the owners at the end of the afternoon gave quite the ultimate feeling Austria. The owners have clearly passionate about their work. We will definitely come back. It is now indeed become a bit of our house.

Roomy condo / apartment and equipped. Upon arrival we made a chat with the owner and a circle made by the apartment. All the beds were neatly made and it was wonderfully clean throughout the apartment. Additionally, you could not name it, if it was present, from dishwasher tablets to wipes and coffee filters. When the sun shines you can sit out on the balcony. The owners are real fun people, upon returning after skiing always in for a chat and a homemade schnapps. Worth a second time!

We never rented a home with so much stock! Everything was there, of kitchen and for toilet roll to soap, coffee filters into garbage bags. The host and hostess were always willing to give helpful hints such as the best time to visit anything, the most suitable restaurant, where you could buy anything special ... super convenient and very cozy. Thus we have discovered the wonderful Hintersee, a glorious day had national park in the Grosglockner, Zell-am-See and Salzburg seen several gorges, and waterfalls in Krimml. You do need a car to do it all, but it's very worth it - our advice is do!

Lovely beds and scenic views from the balcony! The kitchen is not practical layout but this is getting used. There is plenty of cupboard space. The location is very quiet but within walking distance of the Hofer. Gandler The family is very hospitable and helpful in finding suitable sites in the area! It's a walk in the area. The house is on the edge of Stuhlfelden, almost in Mittersill - and reach from here. It is still down in the valley and it does not go up any hill. The owners do everything to make it as comfortable as possible, to a fruit basket, bread service and homemade schnapps after skiing. TOP! To the valley station of the Panorama Job in Hollersbach with the train, 5 min walk from the house to the station (Burck), or by ski bus approx 10-15 min walk from the house to the bus stop (but take the train). Ski depot recommended, no dragging! In the center of Mittersill enough eateries (on foot about 25 min walk) the owner has a lot of tips! Excellent! Our hosts were very, very kind and we could really feel that they did their outmost to make our stay comfortable. We had the 1st floor and it was very clean and cozy. The arrival was very nice and pleasant. We were met with tea / coffee and then the schnapps came to the table. Every day when we got home the day was discussed with Caspar and Christa and the next day discussed. The holiday home is a large cozy home. Everything is there, but really everything. On the kitchen table was a bottle of wine, a bottle of spring water and a filled fruit bowl and the beds were neatly made. The Salzburger Land is a beautiful part of Austria and you can see the mountains from the house. On the advice of Caspar and Christa we received good tips for walks and outings with our dog. For example, we went to the Grossglockner, to the Krimml waterfalls and to the top of the panorama track. We also went to Zell am See. We have walked at the Hintersee and in the Hollebachtal. We have done a lot in 1 week, but time was actually too short, especially at a temperature far above 30 degrees.

Lovely beds and scenic views from the balcony! The kitchen is not practical layout but this is getting used. There is plenty of cupboard space. The location is very quiet but within walking distance of the Hofer. Gandler The family is very hospitable and helpful in finding suitable sites in the area! It's a walk in the area. The only downside to our holiday was the weather - it was raining cats and dogs out of the air. If our landlords do something about could do, they would do so! Gandler The family is very welcoming, we were invited several times to drink schnapps and / or lemonade with them and upon our arrival there was a bottle of wine, a plate of Mozart balls and fruit ready. Hospitality and friendliness is a life motto of both retired landlords. The house is almost new, very well maintained and clean and very well equipped. Last May holidays we have with the family (2 children) the combination Vienna / gedaan.In Alps mountains we wanted a central location between various sites and a typical Austrian atmosphere. Sonnenschein has even exceeded expectations. The cottage is inside and out very nicely. It's more of a "home" than a "residence". The owners have surprised us on arrival with fresh fruit. We arrived an hour early at the house but that was for the owner a problem and we could directly inside. The house looks fine and six adults has a great atmosphere. The accommodation is somewhat poky and the living room is on the tight side. The bedrooms are very spacious and the toilets, showers and abad are fine. We had beautiful weather in our week and on the balcony to sit in the sun. The house is beautiful and you have a beautiful view over the valley. To the lifts was a short 10 minute drive away and every skier can perfectly into the Kitzbuhel ski area in the voeten.Wij had a great week and enjoyed the beautiful weather and accommodation.

The owners do everything to make it as comfortable as possible, to a fruit basket, bread service and homemade schnapps after skiing. TOP! To the valley station of the Panorama Job in Hollersbach with the train, 5 min walk from the house to the station (Burck), or by ski bus approx 10-15 min walk from the house to the bus stop (but take the train). Ski depot recommended, no dragging! In the center of Mittersill enough eateries (on foot about 25 min walk) the owner has a lot of tips! We never rented a home with so much stock! Everything was there, of kitchen and for toilet roll to soap, coffee filters into garbage bags. The host and hostess were always willing to give helpful hints such as the best time to visit anything, the most suitable restaurant, where you could buy anything special ... super convenient and very cozy. Thus we have discovered the wonderful Hintersee, a glorious day had national park in the Grosglockner, Zell-am-See and Salzburg seen several gorges, and waterfalls in Krimml. You do need a car to do it all, but it's very worth it - our advice is do!

The only downside to our holiday was the weather - it was raining cats and dogs out of the air. If our landlords do something about could do, they would do so! Gandler The family is very welcoming, we were invited several times to drink schnapps and / or lemonade with them and upon our arrival there was a bottle of wine, a plate of Mozart balls and fruit ready. Hospitality and friendliness is a life motto of both retired landlords. The house is almost new, very well maintained and clean and very well equipped. The cottage "Sonnenschein" is truly amazing. Very spacious house with all facilities in the vicinity, such as supermarket 10 minutes walk away. The decor is also very complete. You need to bring anything from home, even the toilet paper is provided, as well as linen. Lots of privacy, you can "morning even in your pajamas breakfast, anyone who sees it. Lovely balcony to read or play games. Lovely area for walking, and you can take numerous trips in the mountains. With bad weather it might be more difficult to entertain you.

The stay at this holiday we can recommend anyone. It is nice and spacious and easily equipped. The ski area is 8 km away. In Hollersbach take the gondola to a ski area of u200bu200b170 km of piste. The hosts are extremely friendly, great. A number 9 is certainly in order.

A beautiful, complete, spacious and clean holiday home. The host and hostess are very hospitable, occasionally they treat you to a drink and come with nice tips about possible activities.Location is good, within walking distance to any supermarkets. Centrally located to go to Zell am See/Kaprun on the one hand, and Kitzbuhel on the other.

We were put in this house very well. The owners are very nice love Menschen.Wir made us all feel very comfortable and will certainly again kommen.Leider it rained 7 days, but in this area there are many ways to distribute the time in bad weather.

Excellent! Our hosts were very, very kind and we could really feel that they did their outmost to make our stay comfortable. We had the 1st floor and it was very clean and cozy. The balcony covered with flowers and with mountain view was beautiful. The location was great - close to many Nature experiences and shopping. It was all we could wish for. I’ll recomend this accomodation to everyone.
