Top stay in top apartment ... Convenient location for many activities and walks. Apartment is nicely furnished, very clean, very spacious, great view in the living room / rooms and on the terrace. Everything you need is there. The Gandler family lives downstairs ... It is really unique how heartwarming they treat their guests ... Nothing is too much for them. We were supported by them: "fresh bread from the bakery in the morning, always a good morning," in the evening always a lot of interest how our day was, they are always ready with the smile for tips and you are always welcome. In short, cosiness at its best in the beautiful Sonnenschein apartment and all thanks to the Gandler family. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

The arrival was very nice and pleasant. We were met with tea / coffee and then the schnapps came to the table. Every day when we got home the day was discussed with Caspar and Christa and the next day discussed. The holiday home is a large cozy home. Everything is there, but really everything. On the kitchen table was a bottle of wine, a bottle of spring water and a filled fruit bowl and the beds were neatly made. The Salzburger Land is a beautiful part of Austria and you can see the mountains from the house. On the advice of Caspar and Christa we received good tips for walks and outings with our dog. For example, we went to the Grossglockner, to the Krimml waterfalls and to the top of the panorama track. We also went to Zell am See. We have walked at the Hintersee and in the Hollebachtal. We have done a lot in 1 week, but time was actually too short, especially at a temperature far above 30 degrees.

We have in the Sonnenschein in Stuhlfelden had a wonderful holiday! A beautiful house and furnished very complete (from toilet paper to herbs like) for us as a family of 6 persons. Lovely beds and scenic views from the balcony! The kitchen is not practical layout but this is getting used. There is plenty of cupboard space. The location is very quiet but within walking distance of the Hofer. Gandler The family is very hospitable and helpful in finding suitable sites in the area! It's a walk in the area. The only downside to our holiday was the weather - it was raining cats and dogs out of the air. If our landlords do something about could do, they would do so! Gandler The family is very welcoming, we were invited several times to drink schnapps and / or lemonade with them and upon our arrival there was a bottle of wine, a plate of Mozart balls and fruit ready. Hospitality and friendliness is a life motto of both retired landlords. The house is almost new, very well maintained and clean and very well equipped. The house is even the best part of the huis.In the environment can walk to your heart's content, playing sport (cycling, kletterstieg, etc.) and be relaxed. The Hote Tauern Karte many mountain paths can be used, many museums and swimming pools are visited and many other activities (archery Stuhlfelden - very nice) to be done. Last May holidays we have with the family (2 children) the combination Vienna / gedaan.In Alps mountains we wanted a central location between various sites and a typical Austrian atmosphere. Sonnenschein has even exceeded expectations. The cottage is inside and out very nicely. It's more of a "home" than a "residence". The owners have surprised us on arrival with fresh fruit. Every morning fresh bread hung on the door. Snaps drink with the owners at the end of the afternoon gave quite the ultimate feeling Austria. The owners have clearly passionate about their work. We arrived an hour early at the house but that was for the owner a problem and we could directly inside. The house looks fine and six adults has a great atmosphere. The accommodation is somewhat poky and the living room is on the tight side. The bedrooms are very spacious and the toilets, showers and abad are fine. We had beautiful weather in our week and on the balcony to sit in the sun. The house is beautiful and you have a beautiful view over the valley. To the lifts was a short 10 minute drive away and every skier can perfectly into the Kitzbuhel ski area in the voeten.Wij had a great week and enjoyed the beautiful weather and accommodation.

Kaspar and Christa Gandler are a showcase for the Austrians. Their apartment is extremely clean and equipped with all comforts. Interior is really Austrian, lots of woodwork and solid gebouwd.Schatten of people who only one thing that you as a guest enjoy every day of everything going on around Mittersill. We had a wonderful stay at Haus Sonnenschein. We were very warmly received. The house is spacious, cozy and super clean. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets suitable for 5 or 6 people to stay. We never rented a home with so much stock! Everything was there, of kitchen and for toilet roll to soap, coffee filters into garbage bags. The host and hostess were always willing to give helpful hints such as the best time to visit anything, the most suitable restaurant, where you could buy anything special ... super convenient and very cozy. Thus we have discovered the wonderful Hintersee, a glorious day had national park in the Grosglockner, Zell-am-See and Salzburg seen several gorges, and waterfalls in Krimml. You do need a car to do it all, but it's very worth it - our advice is do!

A beautiful view over the valley and a great base for exploring this part. Very great and above all clean holiday apartment in which our dog was also warmly welcomed and we didn't miss anything! The landlords are super nice and we were always able to ask them anything we wanted to know. The daily bread roll service also worked really well and we had a completely relaxing holiday. The house is on the edge of Stuhlfelden, almost in Mittersill - and reach from here. It is still down in the valley and it does not go up any hill. Thus it was to do with our children (9,11,13), no problem cycling the district from. The Tauern bike path is about 1km and byways easily accessible. The landlord (Fam Gandler) was very nice, recommended us really interesting and also feasible with children tours. The owners do everything to make it as comfortable as possible, to a fruit basket, bread service and homemade schnapps after skiing. TOP! To the valley station of the Panorama Job in Hollersbach with the train, 5 min walk from the house to the station (Burck), or by ski bus approx 10-15 min walk from the house to the bus stop (but take the train). Ski depot recommended, no dragging! In the center of Mittersill enough eateries (on foot about 25 min walk) the owner has a lot of tips! Last May holidays we have with the family (2 children) the combination Vienna / gedaan.In Alps mountains we wanted a central location between various sites and a typical Austrian atmosphere. Sonnenschein has even exceeded expectations. The cottage is inside and out very nicely. It's more of a "home" than a "residence". The owners have surprised us on arrival with fresh fruit. Every morning fresh bread hung on the door. Snaps drink with the owners at the end of the afternoon gave quite the ultimate feeling Austria. The owners have clearly passionate about their work. We never rented a home with so much stock! Everything was there, of kitchen and for toilet roll to soap, coffee filters into garbage bags. The host and hostess were always willing to give helpful hints such as the best time to visit anything, the most suitable restaurant, where you could buy anything special ... super convenient and very cozy. Thus we have discovered the wonderful Hintersee, a glorious day had national park in the Grosglockner, Zell-am-See and Salzburg seen several gorges, and waterfalls in Krimml. You do need a car to do it all, but it's very worth it - our advice is do!

The only downside to our holiday was the weather - it was raining cats and dogs out of the air. If our landlords do something about could do, they would do so! Gandler The family is very welcoming, we were invited several times to drink schnapps and / or lemonade with them and upon our arrival there was a bottle of wine, a plate of Mozart balls and fruit ready. Hospitality and friendliness is a life motto of both retired landlords. The house is almost new, very well maintained and clean and very well equipped. The house is even the best part of the huis.In the environment can walk to your heart's content, playing sport (cycling, kletterstieg, etc.) and be relaxed. The Hote Tauern Karte many mountain paths can be used, many museums and swimming pools are visited and many other activities (archery Stuhlfelden - very nice) to be done. The property is pretty central to all kinds of trips, and the owners are the example of how a host \/ hostess should serve guests. We have in the Sonnenschein in Stuhlfelden had a wonderful holiday! A beautiful house and furnished very complete (from toilet paper to herbs like) for us as a family of 6 persons. Lovely beds and scenic views from the balcony! The kitchen is not practical layout but this is getting used. There is plenty of cupboard space. The location is very quiet but within walking distance of the Hofer. Gandler The family is very hospitable and helpful in finding suitable sites in the area! It's a walk in the area. We arrived an hour early at the house but that was for the owner a problem and we could directly inside. The house looks fine and six adults has a great atmosphere. The accommodation is somewhat poky and the living room is on the tight side. The bedrooms are very spacious and the toilets, showers and abad are fine. We had beautiful weather in our week and on the balcony to sit in the sun. The house is beautiful and you have a beautiful view over the valley. To the lifts was a short 10 minute drive away and every skier can perfectly into the Kitzbuhel ski area in the voeten.Wij had a great week and enjoyed the beautiful weather and accommodation.

The arrival was very nice and pleasant. We were met with tea / coffee and then the schnapps came to the table. Every day when we got home the day was discussed with Caspar and Christa and the next day discussed. The holiday home is a large cozy home. Everything is there, but really everything. On the kitchen table was a bottle of wine, a bottle of spring water and a filled fruit bowl and the beds were neatly made. The Salzburger Land is a beautiful part of Austria and you can see the mountains from the house. On the advice of Caspar and Christa we received good tips for walks and outings with our dog. For example, we went to the Grossglockner, to the Krimml waterfalls and to the top of the panorama track. We also went to Zell am See. We have walked at the Hintersee and in the Hollebachtal. We have done a lot in 1 week, but time was actually too short, especially at a temperature far above 30 degrees.

Here in the summer of 2009 a great holiday. Lots of room in the house and everything for each other, we come back for sure. Very friendly owners and beautiful surroundings. Eastern Empire is always a great holiday is our experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Haus Sonnenschein. We were very warmly received. The house is spacious, cozy and super clean. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets suitable for 5 or 6 people to stay. Comfy beds. The owners are very welcoming, very helpful and service oriented. Every morning fresh bread rolls. Slopes within 10 minutes, plenty of parking. Wifi was very appreciated by our children. We will be back!

We were kindly received by the homeowner with coffee. Great after a long journey. After the introduction we were given a tour of the apartment. The apartment was spacious and fully furnished. We had a nice week, The personal bread service was appreciated. The area offers plenty of opportunities for beautiful walks and trips.

Top stay in top apartment ... Convenient location for many activities and walks. Apartment is nicely furnished, very clean, very spacious, great view in the living room / rooms and on the terrace. Everything you need is there. The Gandler family lives downstairs ... It is really unique how heartwarming they treat their guests ... Nothing is too much for them. We were supported by them: "fresh bread from the bakery in the morning, always a good morning," in the evening always a lot of interest how our day was, they are always ready with the smile for tips and you are always welcome. In short, cosiness at its best in the beautiful Sonnenschein apartment and all thanks to the Gandler family. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

A great good, fully and nicely furnished apartment. Everything is in short supply, and especially every room sink and the presence of two showers is an advantage if you have multiple people are. Kaspar and Christa are very nice helpful people who received us with schnapps and a drink. We like to come here again and can recommend it to anyone.

We have been going to Austria every year since 2009 for skiing and renting a cottage. This was the best house so far. Cottage is spacious, clean and very complete. Nothing is missing. The service and personal attention is exceptional. A lot of value for the money.

Sonnenschein was our ideal holiday. Cozy and homely décor, spacious living areas, large bedrooms each with its own sink, ample bathroom. And groomed to perfection everything you could possibly need is in the house (soap, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, spices, trash bags, vaatwastabs, etc.), perfect! And family Gandler was (if necessary) every day ready for us, even to go through the same day while enjoying a tasty schnapps. Vielen dank family Gandler, 2016 kommen wir bestimmt zurück!

we have for a very good breakfast (bread service from the host) head out on the slopes Zell am See. Skiing was great. On arrival in the sunshine was "sa Schnäppschen. Gut.Freundlicher indeed very welcome. Nice conversations over wine with the hosts. No more queuing while showering. Overall, very spacious apartment, so that children could u.Eltern generous u.unabhängig spread from one another .Grundutensilien for the apartment were all areas largely vorhanden.Die hospitality of Fam.Gandler was impressive, so you from the first moment to feel at home konnte.Auch cleanliness, were many towels and nice beds incl. bedlinen yet to erwähnen.Auf reason of these facts, we can not help but throughout the apartment full 10 P oints to give. The cottage "Sonnenschein" is truly amazing. Very spacious house with all facilities in the vicinity, such as supermarket 10 minutes walk away. The decor is also very complete. You need to bring anything from home, even the toilet paper is provided, as well as linen. Lots of privacy, you can "morning even in your pajamas breakfast, anyone who sees it. Lovely balcony to read or play games. Lovely area for walking, and you can take numerous trips in the mountains. With bad weather it might be more difficult to entertain you.

The stay at this holiday we can recommend anyone. It is nice and spacious and easily equipped. The ski area is 8 km away. In Hollersbach take the gondola to a ski area of u200bu200b170 km of piste. The hosts are extremely friendly, great. A number 9 is certainly in order.

The host and hostess are very hospitable, occasionally they treat you to a drink and come with nice tips about possible activities.Location is good, within walking distance to any supermarkets. Excellent! Our hosts were very, very kind and we could really feel that they did their outmost to make our stay comfortable. We had the 1st floor and it was very clean and cozy. The balcony covered with flowers and with mountain view was beautiful. The location was great - close to many Nature experiences and shopping. It was all we could wish for. I’ll recomend this accomodation to everyone.
