Located in Niedernsill, this 4-bedroom renovated holiday home can house 8 people, making it suitable for two families or group. Unwind in the warmth of sauna or fresh air in the garden in this simple and sophisticated property with whitewashed walls.
You can take the ski bus just 200 m away for your ski adventures. Just 300 m away is the town centre, restaurants etc. You can get all your groceries in the nearby supermarket, which is easy to get to on foot. You can take the ski lift to Walchen at 5 km. Zell am See-Kaprun is also nearby.
The lovely apartment features a kitchen with all cooking essentials, so that you can cook easily. Adjacent to the kitchen/dining is a separate living room with a spacious lounge area and direct access to the sunny terrace, which offers splendid views of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The chalet was beautiful and equipped with every comfort. One point of criticism was that the housekeepers were business-friendly, ie it didn't feel sincere.

We arrived in the evening. It was already dark. After entering the holiday home we were very pleased with its appearance and space. The area is very nice with nice views.

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall were very impressed with the accommodation. It "s very modern and I believe newly renovated. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. We did need to sort a couple of things out with the property manager and he was on hand quickly to put things right. The only extra things we could have done with was tea towels and perhaps small hand towels in each bathroom I would say the only negative comment we had was the cost of cleaning-which at € 250 Seemed steep -. perhaps for a longer winter rental it "s Necessary but for a 5 day stay it seemed excessive.

The house was perfect! It was really big and clean, rooms were perfect! Kitchen had all the utensils we needed, losts of card and board games, ski storage and sauna was the the best part of the day! Eight of us had the best time ever! Tip: basement has soundbar system and games so we could party! Can't wait to come back! Thank you Nadine for everything :)

A beautiful and spacious house in a beautiful setting. The interior is high-quality and luxurious. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and accessories. Sufficient excursions possible in the area (castle Hohewerfen, Salzburg, Zell am See, Badesee Niedernsill, Grossklockner Hochalmstrasse). That there is a supermarket next to the house is of course very easy. Tip the BBQ and Nespresso machine in the description so that guests do not take it.

Beautiful accommodation, clean and a very complete keuken.Dat partly because people leave a spice, oil etc. Super fijn.Wat we have missed are delicious bathrobes for when you come out of the sauna.Verder we have greatly enjoyed the space and luxury, the house really feels like a warm coat.

The accommodation is in an easily accessible location. Across the road you can rent ski equipment and there is a good supermarket 50 meters away. Some good restaurants can also be found within walking distance. The first ski slopes are a 10-minute drive away.

Beautiful house, spacious and equipped with every luxury. Nice beds, nice bathrooms. We had a lot of fun with all the games. It is centrally located to the larger towns and is within walking distance of the supermarket a number of local restaurants and the very nice swimming lake BadeSee. For improvement, we found it not very clean on arrival, fridge was not clean, hair in the bathroom, crumbs between the bank. The cleaning costs are much too high if you see what you get for it. Furthermore, had a top week.

Fantastic property - really spacious, fully equipped, nice decor. Loved the deck at the back with views over the mountains. Kids loved the games cellar with big tv, table football, computer game etc. In fact they hardly came out when we were in the apartment. Convenient for shops and short walk into town for swimming lake, bank, bakery etc. Convenient for all activities in the Zell/Kaprun area. Thoroughly recommended. Minor negative was neighbour doing building works which started at about 7 and often carried on til 8/9 in evening but this didn’t spoil our stay.

they are building right next to our accommodation. we are inconvenienced by this. No peace at all around the house. And no one has indicated that it would be built. While there is an information obligation for that. We would never have booked this house otherwise, if we knew in advance.

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall were very impressed with the accommodation. It "s very modern and I believe newly renovated. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. We did need to sort a couple of things out with the property manager and he was on hand quickly to put things right. The only extra things we could have done with was tea towels and perhaps small hand towels in each bathroom I would say the only negative comment we had was the cost of cleaning-which at € 250 Seemed steep -. perhaps for a longer winter rental it "s Necessary but for a 5 day stay it seemed excessive.
