This large, modern, detached chalet for a maximum of 26 people is located in Piesendorf-Fürth in Salzburgerland, just a few minutes' drive from the well-known ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See, and offers a beautiful view of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

The chalet offers 2 large living rooms with a seating area, 2 open, fully equipped kitchens with a dining table, a total of 12 spacious bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms, 2 with a bed for 1 person, 2 with a double and single bed, and 2 with a single bed and a bunk bed), 4 additional bathrooms and a beautiful terrace with patio furniture. The chalet also has 2 relaxation areas with a sauna and shower, as well as a washing machine. Parking is available directly at the chalet.

The Zell am See - Kaprun ski region at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn offers 3 different ski areas, 2 beautiful ski resorts, and a picturesque lake. Skiing directly above Lake Zell, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, is part of everyday life on a ski holiday. With the Ski ALPIN CARD, Piesendorf offers access to 3 premium ski regions with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area, the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See and the 3 ski areas in Kaprun (Maiskogel, Lechnerberg and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.

In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad in Piesendorf, the Niedernsill natural bathing lake with its spacious lawns and 16,000 m2 of water, the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm or the lido on Lake Zell in Zell am See offer plenty of bathing fun. A tip for the whole year is the Tauern Spa in Kaprun with 12 different pools and activity pools.

The center of Piesendorf can be reached in just a few minutes, here you will find various shops, supermarkets and restaurants and you can get straight on the free ski bus to Zell am See and Kaprun.

The house was really far from clean, with spider webs everywhere, shower heads that were broken, pots and plates that were too dirty to touch. Furniture that was sagging and the exterior needed maintenance.
