Accommodation is fine there were only three disadvantages. The apartment does not have a bath, which is nice during a ski holiday. Disadvantages: The pictures in the description are old and should be renewed. There is no fireplace at this property. There is also no infrared carbine. The house is big enough for 11 people. The living-dining area is spacious and ideal for a large group with the two dining tables. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and the beds were comfortable. However, one room on the upper floor is very dark and the small single room is difficult to ventilate. The bathrooms are small and could use more light. The layout of the house is good for several families. The sauna and the ski drying room on the ground floor were pleasant. The house is quite close to the valley stations of the Schmittenbahn and Maiskogel valley station (both about 5 minutes by car). Many shops are nearby. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we arrived at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, the house had not yet been cleaned. When we came back at 4 p.m., the cleaning man had left, the door was unlocked and the previous tenants' dirty laundry was piled up in the hallway, the floors hadn't been vacuumed or wiped, one bathroom and two toilets were very dirty. At 6 p.m., after our complaint, the caretaker came and made a makeshift cleaning of the floors. The trash cans in front of the house were still full from the previous tenants and weren't emptied until we left. Waste separation did not take place either. Unfortunately, the key code sent did not work. Only after a long back and forth and difficult contacting the property management was a new code sent to us. Overall, however, the house makes a very worn and neglected impression. The ceiling light in the downstairs bathroom doesn't work, silverfish scurry around the rooms, the shower head in the downstairs bathroom is so calcified that it sprays in all directions. Suspicious stains are visible above the shower, the bathroom furniture is swollen. The sofa is worn out. The balcony door is warped and can only be closed properly with pressure. The garbage house was so full that we could neither enter nor sort. At the end of the week at least part of the garbage was disposed of. The promised W-LAN only works sporadically and not in the whole house.

Conclusion: The rental price is absolutely not justified due to the many defects.

One week stay in early February went by much too fast. The house can be (almost) nothing to be desired. 6 bedrooms (one used as a nursery, as a small bed there), 3 bathrooms, drying room for ski boots, wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin and shower, large living / dining area and terrace offer space without end. Especially for groups (we were 11 adults and 2 children) are optimal. The fully equipped kitchen provides for all & quotKochereien "enough space / utensils and crockery. Yet there is a travel cot, a mobile bed rail, and a high chair are available for small kids! Simply brilliant, if one does not have to carry around. Home-dimensional and very warm. My only criticism is just a little bit of car parking spaces. We lacked a bit of places to hang towels in the bathrooms. It's great because you can instantly sauna, dry towels and bask in after a day on the slopes. Near the house opened the great baths - every day we were there (the kids were very happy). Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we arrived at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, the house had not yet been cleaned. When we came back at 4 p.m., the cleaning man had left, the door was unlocked and the previous tenants' dirty laundry was piled up in the hallway, the floors hadn't been vacuumed or wiped, one bathroom and two toilets were very dirty. At 6 p.m., after our complaint, the caretaker came and made a makeshift cleaning of the floors. The trash cans in front of the house were still full from the previous tenants and weren't emptied until we left. Waste separation did not take place either. Overall, the house was a bit run down and could use some minor repairs / embellishments (replace missing mirrors and pictures, replace a couch, the outside table needs a table top,...) All in all the house was ok, but for the price we would have expected more.

Basically everything was OK. There are always improvements. Advantages: The apartment is large and offers enough space. Dishes are all sufficiently available. Disadvantages: The pictures in the description are old and should be renewed. There is no fireplace at this property. There is also no infrared carbine. Unfortunately, there is also no snow shovel or a broom or dustpan. But the biggest problem was that the garbage was not cleared. Although urgent attention should be paid to correct waste separation. The bins were already full when we came. Bottles haven't been thrown away in a while. And I'm not even talking about all the pizza boxes. And I prefer not to talk about the residual waste. An improvement would also be to provide only one washing machine and a dryer instead of two. But the location between the two ski areas is good, the bus stop is nearby.

Beautiful house for nothing. Everything is spacious and nicely finished. A beautiful spacious kitchen where everything is. Just a pity that the room where the sauna is also has a shower but that this room can be closed with a door.

We were with 11 people for the third time in the Alpensonne in Piesendorf. As always, it was very clean and there was really enough space for 11 people. Great view. However, the building would have needed one or the other renovation, especially on the outer facade.Z. B. the lock of the patio door is stuck and the glass top of the second patio table was missing.
