This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 12 people is located right outside the well-known and lively town of Grossarl in Salzburgerland at an altitude of 1050 meters. The location is truly unique. Lovely in the sun, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
This chalet has a very nice living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 4 large bedrooms, a balcony and a bathroom. The chalet also offers a heated ski cellar. After a day of hiking or skiing, you can relax in the sunny garden with beautiful views or in the in-house wellness area, which is equipped with a large sauna, multi-person bathtub, waterfall showers and loungers. You can park directly at the chalet.
In Großarl you can expect an untouched landscape in the Großarltal, the village character of the two communities of Großarl and Hüttschlag and the ambience of a modern winter sports region with a snow-sure ski area. There are a total of 70 kilometers of slopes and 17 lifts on the Großarltal - Dorfgastein ski area. The Großarltal is a member of Ski amade - Austria's largest skiing area with a total of 760 kilometers of slopes and 270 lifts.
An active region like the Grossarltal impresses with a large selection of sports and leisure opportunities such as hiking with 400 kilometers of hiking trails or biking with 140 kilometers of signposted mountain bike routes and bike trails. In summer, the outdoor pool in the Grossarl leisure center offers lots of swimming fun!

A great house in mountain location. The approach is quite steep, in winter snow chains are urgently needed. The ski area can be reached in a few minutes. We had a great holiday.

Very nice cottage with very good facilities. The only drawback is the uncomfortable Driving in snowy road up the hill (few alternatives at Gegneverkehr).

A clean house with plenty of space, lovely beds, fresh furnishings / sanitary / kitchen and fantastic sauna area. The view is very beautiful, stays a party to watch "just" outside. There is plenty of walking or mountain lanes (tip sale "salzburgerland karte" !!) within a half-hour drive. It is highly recommended to go for a meal or drink, friendly owner and staff. House!

A very nice accommodation we were there with 12 people and everything was there what you need for a vacation. The wellness area was particularly impressive. The only negative point was we had no heating for 3 days and had to fire the wood stove very strongly so that we had Bissl warm. Wood was not enough but the meganette caretaker who lives next door tried very hard to fix the damage as soon as possible but something like that can happen now wait what Belvilla thinks would book the accommodation again at any time. In Grossarl, too, a toboggan and skiing area are very nicely done and you can linger there all day, especially free of charge

The bathrooms are all new and the kitchen has everything to cook with or for many people. The sauna area is also very nice. Access via a narrow and steep mountain road is not easy in winter. The nearest ski lift is 5 minutes away by car. There is no bakery in the immediate vicinity. Overall, the house is highly recommended.

We are a group of 12 friends aged 18 and 25 years from Bavaria and the vacations to the cabins / houses makes us a great pleasure. The cook together, sit and laugh a lot, look around and do things. On the meadows the cows around muhn, we rest in the sauna and garden. The rooms were a feast for the eyes as well as all the rest of the house.

We were the first time in Großarl. We were 6 adults and 2 children. The double room on the ground floor is a bit chilly despite heating. The pity is that no firewood in the house, we had to buy themselves in the warehouse. The capacity of the towels is also somewhat cumbersome. The access road to the house is very difficult with heavy snow, it really makes sense snow chains to create. The equipment of the house is absolutely enough, there are plenty of dishes and glasses. We stayed in a beautiful Großarl ski week.

A beautiful house with luxurious wellness area. In the kitchen for 12 people a small oven, no microwave. Beautiful view over the mountains. A good restaurant with friendly service within walking distance. Not far from the ski slope. Do take snow chains with you.

Accommodation was fine We were 12 people, Was excellent for 12 people. What is also very practical is that there is a restaurant opposite where excellent food can be received and hospitable. The only disadvantage of the location is that one should always go to grossarl by car or taxi. Furthermore, neat house and excellent facilities. in short, had a super holiday
