This luxurious premium chalet for a maximum of 14 people is located in Wagrain in Salzburger Land, in the middle of the Snow Space Salzburg ski areas and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
This chalet has a total of 7 bedrooms, several of which have an "in-room" bathroom, a very large living room with an open fireplace, a beautiful dining area, a luxurious fully equipped open kitchen, 2 saunas, a heated swimming pool (usable from April/May - September), ski room and own parking spaces. Since this chalet is located right in the mountains, you have a wonderful view of the white peaks from the terrace.
The nearest ski lift is just 300 m from the chalet and takes you directly to the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas with 210 kilometers of slopes. Directly connected to the Flachau and Alpendorf ski areas, Wagrain is part of the Salzburger Sportwelt and Ski Amade with a total of 760 kilometers of slopes. Snow Space Salzburg offers winter sports enthusiasts many entrances to the ski area, 3 of which are in Wagrain alone.
In the middle of the impressive mountains in Salzburgerland you will find the best mix for your holiday. The region offers around 230 kilometers of marked hiking trails between crystal-clear mountain lakes and rustic alpine huts and around 150 kilometers of signposted mountain bike trails. A number of bathing lakes (Rupertisee, Wengsee), the Wagrain water world and the adventure bathing lake in Eben im Pongau ensure lots of swimming fun in the summer.
Wagrain offers lots of shops and supermarkets for your daily needs as well as a large selection of restaurants and bars. You can reach the state capital Salzburg in about 1 hour by car.

Lodge of Joy is a fantastic atmospheric stay with lots of comfort, and a place to really enjoy each other. Everything is arranged with care and nicely attuned to each other. It was great to be able to ski out of the house and slide down to the piste, and the return trip to the lodge is also wonderful.In short, a wonderful place to celebrate the family holiday!

Very nice, cozy, luxurious and fully equipped house. Beautifully furnished, with lots of taste built and decorated. Many terraces where you can catch the sun everywhere. At home anywhere spots to sit together or separately. Driving away from the house is possible when we were there and there was a lot of snow. A large ski area for all types of skiers a challenge to find. The neighbor very nice and helpful at reception and arranging all matters on site. The house was perfectly clean. Lovely beds. Saunas present and used. The baker came in the morning to deliver sandwiches, a delicious luxury even if they were a little fresher. We have thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house in a beautiful spot.
