It is my personal paradise, which I have created over many years and open for my guests
A single private vacation apartment offers you a relaxing and unforgettable vacation in Wagrain.
My apartment is 90m² in size with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with room divider to the living room, bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped - from blender to toaster. Crockery from Villeroy and Boch. Of course, kitchen roll, dishwashing liquid, dish towels and table linen are available.
In the kitchen is also a tiled stove, which I will heat for you in the winter, so that you have it cozy warm when you come home after sports.
For each guest there is a bathrobe and every day there is room service including towel change.
If you want a filled fridge - no problem, send me your shopping list and I will do the shopping for you (settlement after arrival). So you have a stress-free vacation from the beginning.
My garden is very large, with several seats and deck chairs. A grill, which is heated with wood, can be used by you of course. If you wish, I will heat the grill for you and you only need to grill the food you want.

Nice apartment
Nice apartment but the view is not ideal. No problem if the tenants go skiing all day but with a handicapped person, that is a problem.

Great vacation apartment to feel comfortable with a warm-hearted hostess.
We spent a wonderful time in Anika's apartment with four people. Anika is a passionate and dedicated host and was always reachable for us (despite her own stay in the hospital - which was really remarkable!).
The apartment is very well suited for 4 adults, is super cozy, furnished with attention to detail and has top modern bathrooms. It is thoroughly cleaned daily (thanks also to the lovely cleaning lady) and fresh bread rolls were waiting at the door every morning. We had cozy bathrobes, the towels were changed daily and even the kitchen was cleaned - it was almost like in a hotel! :)
We can highly recommend the accommodation - we have never had such a lovely landlord. Thank you again for everything.

Apartment with heart
Very cozy holiday apartment with great facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. Very warm host who offers great service, daily cleaning, and the fireplace is lit when you come back from skiing. Good ski bus connection to various cable cars. Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

I was with my girlfriend at Frau Anika in a dreamlike large holiday apartment with a paradisiacal garden and a large pond with a beautiful sunbathing area. All around green meadows and mountains, perfect for hiking. We found it very difficult to say goodbye and would always go back there.

Beautiful!!
We spent two wonderful weeks in this wonderful accommodation. The apartment is very spacious, high quality, decorated with great taste, and the amenities leave nothing to be desired! The hostess is very likable and helpful, the service is equivalent to that of a 4-star hotel, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned daily, and if desired, fresh bread rolls are waiting at the door every morning! The garden is a dream for relaxation!
A pleasant surprise was also the garage parking space!
Our conclusion: absolutely recommendable and we will definitely inquire again if we are ever in Wagrain again!!

Top holiday flat, warm hostess, good location
We received a friendly welcome in the beautiful and very well-equipped holiday flat. Even when there is a lot of snow, the house is easy to reach. The very friendly landlady scurries through the flat every day, cleans it, changes the towels if necessary and preheats the kitchen oven. She also invites you to have a piece of homemade cake on her terrace. She always has a tip ready for the next excursion. Wagrain's ski area is really in a fantastic location, but you can also go hiking or go on snowshoe tours. The ski bus goes to all 5 valleys at short intervals.
