The detached Haus Obermoser is in a wonderfully quiet spot with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment takes up the entire 1st floor and is fully furnished. The big plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. So everyone gets the privacy they need. Two of the three bedrooms have access to the large, south-facing balcony, which features a breathtaking view of Wagrain. The kitchen diner is equipped with all amenities and is perfect for cooking together. The farm, which is 200 metres away from the house, is a wonderful environment for children. Hiking routes also start right outside your door. Around the house there is a shared garden with garden furniture.

The location is beautiful! The house is clean and well equipped for 6 people. Now in January, the access road to the house, a 4 km mountain road, is only accessible with snow chains.

We are here with our family has been a wonderful skiing and hiking. The house is very idyllic at 1000 m altitude. The narrow road to the house, with many snow an adventure in itself. walking the dog was especially enjoy the views and a good descent of 2.5 km and a big climb of 2.5 km. There are plenty of walks in the winter. It is also a fantastic ski area, which we do every day with the car had to drive down, but with proper planning that was no problem for us. The rooms are spacious and luxury of their own bathroom and toilet, was delicious. We particularly enjoyed. Without snow chains was not successful. That we have every day for the mountain needed it.

This is an ideal home for three adults who make their own bedroom, shower and toilet and want to have a shared kitchen. A disadvantage of the house is that the road into the valley is 2.9 km with many hairpin bends. Without snow, this is doable but much snow does it cost a little more patience.

A great house with nice farm next door which is great fun for the children. Friendly welcome and everything was neatly arranged. This house is highly recommended by several couples especially because each bedroom has its own bathroom. The view is devastatingly and in the area is very much to do. All in all a must!

We were warmly received by the administrator. The apparement covers virtually the entire top floor. Ideally, the spacious bedrooms with private bathroom. These are not big but ideal if you have multiple people on holiday. The kitchen provides all the comforts, is clean but the dining / living area is on the small side. We can nicely enjoy the beautiful view. The ride up is an experience in itself ... unless there is 4-wheel drive, snow chains are essential. The skiing is great, huge, beautiful wide slopes and you can make nice long trips to different places. Sledding in radstadt fun to do.

A nice spacious house in very good condition with modern decor, including a dishwasher and a TV in the cozy kitchen. The three large bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms including toilets were for our party of three adult pairs perfectly. In the middle of the apartment was still a sort of living room with sofa and 2nd TV. In addition, a very hospitable, friendly and helpful owner with a (delicious) bread service, which the whole perfected. Both the ski area around Wagrain and Flachau around that are easily accessible. If the weather conditions which are worse and snow, then it is up to about 4.5 km long, narrow mountain road house located only accessible with snow chains.

we are on vacation for the second time worked for the fam.obermoser. it's us again extremely pleased. the first week with our son and his family. the children have enjoyed their excellent, they are a week and had beautiful weather. we have another two weeks there, the beds were again changed the apartment was still finding some cleaning. We have with his 5-and 1 week in this lovely cottage sitting (family with 3 kids). Unfortunately, very bad weather, but nevertheless enjoyed the beautiful Alpine meadows and lovely views directly to the house. Uitspapjes enough. What is important: there is no living room, but a eetkeukentje (albeit a well-equipped kitchen with all equipment). When staying longer than a week, lack of living can be tedious. Share your doorstep with owners who live downstairs, but that's no problem. In winter, I can imagine that a 4x4 is useful, because you drive on a rural paved road but most end up on the mountain. You're 10 minutes from Wagrain, that from the cottage lying down. For one week a very nice house.

Had lovely sunny week with 5 friends. Each day's walk, starting in nearby many beautiful hiking trails recommended is the walk that starts from the location Jägersee direction eenhoger mountain lake (Tappenkarsee). Or go see the view from the Mooskopf. Or 60 to 90 minutes travel for seeing snowy peaks on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. After the walk is good to come home with balcony overlooking the valley

We traveled with 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment offers plenty of space, the K ࿌ he is well equipped, only the cutlery is a bit tight. From Wagrain have to make several trips because the place is pretty centrally located in Salzburg. We include been to Krimml, Salzburg, Wolfgang see, Kaprun reservoirs, Liechtenstein ravine, Rieseneis caves, Jägersee, Hallstatt and various walks designed for smaller lakes. Although the road was narrow and winding to the cottage this, after we were used to it, no problem. Also, you could do your shopping in the neighborhood. Because we were 2 families it was nice that everyone had their own bedroom with shower and toilet. So it was a great holiday.

We can nicely enjoy the beautiful view. The ride up is an experience in itself ... unless there is 4-wheel drive, snow chains are essential. The skiing is great, huge, beautiful wide slopes and you can make nice long trips to different places. Sledding in radstadt fun to do.

we are on vacation for the second time worked for the fam.obermoser. it's us again extremely pleased. the first week with our son and his family. the children have enjoyed their excellent, they are a week and had beautiful weather. we have another two weeks there, the beds were again changed the apartment was still finding some cleaning. We have a great time, and this location is definitely for the third time we visited for the next holiday, which rests on top and the views are unmatched up there on the mountain fam stonehouse papendrecht

The outside photos may be adjusted, I have done the booking of this house, among other things, because there would be swings / slide for the children. (if you can believe the photos) the house was clean, everything is there. But what I don't understand is that everyone writes a review about the super social nature of the owner, that was not too bad.

This lovely holiday enjoyed together with grandma. The whole week had nice weather and done many things and visited. Super nice house owner with the icing on the cake a delicious cake by the mistress homemade. Just TOP. Everyone recommended.

We are here with our family has been a wonderful skiing and hiking. The house is very idyllic at 1000 m altitude. The narrow road to the house, with many snow an adventure in itself. walking the dog was especially enjoy the views and a good descent of 2.5 km and a big climb of 2.5 km. There are plenty of walks in the winter. It is also a fantastic ski area, which we do every day with the car had to drive down, but with proper planning that was no problem for us. The rooms are spacious and luxury of their own bathroom and toilet, was delicious. We particularly enjoyed. Without snow chains was not successful. That we have every day for the mountain needed it.

It was a fine house, only the kitchen was on the tight side for 5 adult humans, the bedrooms were prikma each with private shower, the location of the house was beautiful. the sandwiches were delicious every morning and do not forget the cake in the middle of the week was on the table was a surprise

Nice house, complete inventory, a bit dated. Wifi was a bit disappointing. Very comfortable beds. Small shower but nice. Price-quality is fine. You do need a car for shopping or restaurants. Setting is beautiful and the swimming pool in Wagrain (free!) well worth it.

The house Obermoser located on a slope in the immediate vicinity of Wagrain. The fantastic view, the nice family and the great farm are the perfect base for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The close vicinity offers famous for hiking and ski lifts can be reached by car in a few minutes. If there is snow, snow chains are indispensable. The rooms are nice and generous, the balcony is to relax in the sunshine the ideal place.
