Away from noise and everyday stress, here you can, surrounded by forest and meadows, recharge your energy and our holiday house lies sunny for your vacation. QUICKLY reach the ski areas in the Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé, our holiday house is the central starting point to the 870 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes with the most modern lift facilities. World Cup resorts like Altenmarkt, Flachau or Zauchensee are only a few minutes by car from your holiday location. Our ski stars like Hermann Maier, Michael Walchhofer, Andreas Schifferer, Hannes Reichelt learned their 'craft' on the slopes in Flachau, Flachauwinkel, Altenmarkt, Radstadt and Zauchensee. Or start nearby on the 50 km long Tauernloipe. In the region you will also find interesting cross-country trails, such as the cross-country high-altitude trail Roßbrand and Gnadenalm, the World Championship cross-country trail Ramsau, etc. Cross-country stars like Alois Stadlober, Marc Mayer come from our region and do their basic training here. AFFORDABLE also in summer. The ideal starting point for hikes on the surrounding mountains with numerous inviting alpine huts, excursions to castles and palaces in the Salzburger Land, sights such as the largest ice cave in the world, the 'Eisriesenwelt'.

Our holiday house for sole occupancy (self-catering) with approx. 200m² of living space for 16 people is located outside of Hüttau on the so-called Bairauberg at the edge of a forest, directly at the gateway to the Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé. Away from noise and everyday stress, you can recharge here, surrounded by forest and meadows. In the Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé, 870 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes with the most modern lift systems, as well as cross-country ski trails, are available to you. In summer, our location is the ideal starting point for hikes on the surrounding mountains with numerous serviced alpine huts or for excursions to sights such as the largest ice cave in the world, the "Eisriesenwelt". Due to its favorable climate and forest-rich location, Hüttau-Niedernfritz in the middle of the Salzburger Fritztal is an ideal place for relaxation during your holiday.
The central location of our village is perfect as a starting point for many sights in the Salzburg region – such as Eisriesenwelt, Salzkammergut, Liechtensteinklamm, Gasteinertal, Kaprun, Großglockner High Alpine Road, or the city of Mozart, Salzburg. Well-marked hiking trails lead to our beautiful excursion peaks and our popular destinations. Hüttau-Niedernfritz is easily accessible: by train via Salzburg – Bischofshofen – Hüttau-Niedernfritz, or by car via the Tauern motorway – exit Hüttau. Enjoy the village idyll of our small winter holiday resort at the gateway to the Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé. If you do not feel like skiing, you will find variety on our ice stock lanes, the natural toboggan run, or on hikes through the snowy winter landscape – 30 km of cleared hiking trails.
