This spacious, detached chalet for a maximum of 8 people is located in Sankt Margarethen im Lungau in Salzburgerland, the valley town of the top ski region Katschberg - Aineck.
The chalet offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, fireplace and access to a terrace, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms (one with an extra stackable bed), 3 bathrooms, a sauna, a hot tub and a garden with garden furniture. The chalet also has a washing machine and dryer. There are 3 parking spaces directly at the chalet.
Nestled between the local mountain Aineck and the Grainwald, St. Margarethen im Lungau is an ideal starting point for numerous activities in Salzburg's Lungau in summer. There are around 60 mountain lakes in Salzburg's Lungau, such as the Prebersee or the Schlierersee, the Lungau/Katschberg golf club is in the immediate vicinity of the town center and for swimming fun you can enjoy the St. Margarethen bathing pond, the St. Michael outdoor pool or the bathing island available in Tamsweg.
In Sankt Margarethen im Lungau, the Skischaukel Katschberg-Aineck ski area is particularly available. This ski area offers 70 kilometers of slopes and 16 lifts. Skiers and snowboarders can look forward to 3 additional ski areas in Salzburg's Lungau: the Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern ski areas with a total of over 200 kilometers of slopes.
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. You can reach the state capital Salzburg in about 1.5 hours by car.

Everything worked, the only thing that could be better was the bathroom with sauna where washcloth, tubs and so what were and had not the right Gafühl of rest.

The house is ideal for ski and snowboarders very close to the lift, the lift is a short walk of about 3min. and home in good snow conditions can man until shortly before the house to go otherwise the same piece back as the elevator down. Top ski uncrowded hardly Wahrtezeit at the lifts which are for the most part very modern, the slopes are from easy to very challenging, the runs are up to 6km long. The house is where several of these houses are in a small group in the center and are easily accessible by car. The equipment is very good and lifted, in short everything is available that the heart begert there is nothing that can complain man. Ideal for a large family or two families with children or a group of up to ten people, however, there are only eight beds so need two on the couch or man is still AddITION beds in the bedrooms on space available. The caretaker is located kümert around the houses very net and helpful

In short, true all around a nice week, in the house everything available what man for a week's skiing needs sauna and pool are amazing, the rooms are beautifully furnished and practically equipped. The ski lift is easily man unfortunately comes as two to three minutes walk to the lift not on skis is all cleared and salted Straße.Apresski unfortunately there just a bar on the side of the mountain there is on the Katschberg offered more but enough aus.Hütten on the slopes are plentiful quite well with very nice waiters :-) The skiing is great very long runs of some easy to very steep but the predominant part of the runs are red pistes and very comfortable to fahren.Gute shopping Tamsweg is unfortunately 10km entfehrt .

A nice house, very clean! We were there for 2 weeks. Beautiful surroundings, especially a trip to Lake Wörthersee is worthwhile. The only thing that didn't go so well: in the description, the whirlpool is listed as 70 euros per stay. According to the manager, this applies per week. And the garbage is not well resolved either. The bins are too small and are not emptied often enough. When we arrived the bin from the previous tenants was already full and the next emptying was only after our departure. Not so great in summer because it stinks.

The house is spacious and fully furnished, unfortunate that there is little room for the house itself is.De property is declared as suitable for 10 people, but with 8 or more pleasant outdoor eating is not an option because there are only two wooden benches and a wooden table present zijn.Verder is the house in a very quiet village and is therefore recommended for tranquility. The surrounding area is beautiful and invites you to make beautiful trips in the area. Recommended is the Nockalmstrasse, and a visit to the beautiful city of Salzburg is fine to do. Lovely walk and enjoyed further afield, the Salzburg Karte. Fine spacious house. The immediate area around the house is limited, but on the way -doodlopende- the house the children were wonderful badminton.

The arrival was a fine explanation. The accommodation is fine for a large family. Three bathrooms, three Bedrooms including 1 quadruple 2 triple. We only missed the garden furniture to sit outside. A beautiful area for walking.
