Description

Apartment Grosseck can be found on the ground floor of the Haus Bellevue, with own furnished terrace and fenced garden area in a southerly position and offering wonderful views of the valley and surrounding Mountains.

Nicely appointed and with many home comforts, the accommodation can cater to up to 5 people and is comprised of a spacious living area including flat screen digital TV with USB, recessed kitchen, traditional corner dining area, double bedroom, sizeable bathroom with shower and wash basin, separate WC. Additional beds are available in the living area with a double sofa bed. A curtains separates the living area from the rest of the apartment creating a private area that can be considered as a second bedroom.

A private patio area can be found by the entrance area to this apartment and is furnished with garden table and benches, suitable for outdoor dining. A further bench can be found to the front of the apartment in a protected and sunny southerly position and a fenced garden area surrounds the accommodation. Sun loungers and suitable cushions, a parasol and also a BBQ are provided for your personal use. The peaceful position offers a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains.

For our younger guests an additional fenced and secure play area can be found to the rear of the property, equipped with a swing and climbing frame for your children’s pleasure.

A guest car park can be found at the property border within 20 meters of the apartment entrance. Additional facilities include secure bicycle stands and use of a lockable Ski Room.

Wifi is available for free throughout the property.  

The hosts also offer a washing and drying service. Clothes horse and pegs can be found in each apartment. An iron and board is provided.

A cot and/or high chair can be provided at no additional cost.

The owners will greet you upon arrival and remain available if you require any assistance or support.

Haus Bellevue can be found in the outskirts of St Michael in the heart of the Lungau holiday region of Austria.  The location ensures a peaceful stay with a feeling of being away from it all, yet the position is close enough to all the amenities that a car is not necessary. Within 10 minutes walk the town centre of St Michael offers numerous wonderful Cafes, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Shops.

The accommodation is also very well positioned for easy access to 4 sizeable Ski Areas, a large network of Mountain Bike Trails and Cycle Routes, numerous Hiking and Walking paths, Swimming Pools, Golf, Sight Seeing Attractions - everything you could want from a holiday.

Every guest of Haus Bellevue between June and October will receive a personal holiday card for the duration of their stay. The LungauCard entitles you to free or discounted admission to numerous excursion destinations, natural wonders, attractions, outdoor activities, museums, wellness centres, swimming pools, mountain lifts and much more throughout the Lungau. 

The wonderful Lungau Valley provides the perfect place for vacation time, enjoying little in the way of mass tourism and promoting a wonderful friendly atmosphere throughout.

During the beautiful and snow-sure winter there is lots of opportunity for winter activities and sports. The Lungau Ski World offers 300km of ski-piste, more than 200km of cross country tracks, ice skating, curling, tobogganing, romantic winter walks and adventurous mountain treks, snow-sure tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides, snow bikes and so much more.

additional information about rental price:

Prices are based on standard occupancy of 2 People and calculated per apartment and night. Each additional guest up to maximum occupancy is charged at a nominal rate of €10,00 per person and night.

Price includes all utilities with additional End Cleaning and Tourist Tax. Bed linen and Towels are provided.

Tourist Tax is charged at a rate of 2,80 Euro per person and day but only payable by those of 15 years of age or over at the time of vacation.

A deposit amounting to 50% of the base rental cost is payable at the time of booking. The balance amount including end cleaning and tourist tax will be due for settlement in Euro cash after arrival. A pre-payment by IBAN can also be arranged by prior agreement, in which case the balance payment would be due for settlement 1 week before arrival.

A year-round Mobility Ticket is included providing free use of all public transport within the whole of Salzburgerland and valid from the day of arrival.

Cancellation terms:

Should you need to cancel or make changes to your booking please let us know as soon as possible. All requests are assessed on an individual basis. In the case of most cancellations or booking alterations we can find an agreeable and satisfactory solution. When no other solution can be found, where applicable should a replacement tenant not be found, in the event of a cancellation the following charges will apply. The cancellation fees are based on the standard occupancy of 2 people, regardless of the actual size of your travel group and excluding end cleaning or tourist tax charges. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the base apartment price. Essentially the already completed deposit payment. Cancellation 4 - 8 weeks before arrival: 75% of the base apartment price. Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the base apartment price. Should the reason for cancellation be caused by Covid-related travel restrictions, in other words if we are unable to fulfil our commitment to your vacation through these reasons, your deposit would be returned to you in full.

We are the Verdoorn family – Glenn (33), Jackie (31), and our son Scott (3). Originally from the Netherlands: we come from Papendrecht, a village near Rotterdam. After many years in office jobs, we decided to completely change course and follow our dream: moving to Austria! Specifically, to the Lungau region – a beautiful area in both winter and summer. We love adventures, and nothing makes us happier than being in the mountains, whether hiking or skiing. Our backyard, the stunning Lungau valley, is the most beautiful gift we can offer our guests. We take great pleasure in sharing the best spots, the most beautiful hikes, and the best viewpoints.
