The house was great. The bathrooms all top-notch. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned properly. Thick dust under the sofa, everything had to be done ourselves. Required with the threat of costs for non-compliance was waste separation. But in the house, there was only one trash can available. The trash bins in the storage room were overturned. We could only place our trash in bags next to it. The organic waste bin was still half full from our predecessors and covered in maggots and worms. Totally disgusting!!!!!!

Had a great vacation. Very nice house with a nice wellness/sauna. Enough space for a large group. Beautiful location. Nice terrace, both open and covered. Beautiful garden. A few points for improvement. New toilet seats instead of some taped up. Larger small spoons, these are really mini. Have the second dishwasher checked. The living room floor showed a lot of signs of use. Maybe a mirror in the sauna, as it would then also be a proper bathroom, even though there are enough. The window in the bedroom on the right upstairs also needs renewal. When we arrived, the bed underneath was full of black flakes. Internet/WiFi is not very good. Cleaning could be better. The house was free a few days before us, but there was a lot of dust on the cabinets upstairs and downstairs and on the floor. So maybe a point to work on is to have it checked the day before new residents arrive. But other than that, a super house. We had a super fun vacation, which is the main thing. At least a hand blender would be helpful. An espresso machine is not available. Refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher are doubled, which is just enough for 10 people. The condition is very good to very bad: one dishwasher is defective! The freezer compartment door of a refrigerator is broken and cannot be opened, door shelves and the vegetable drawer are broken and not load-bearing. The stove can hardly be used, as it overheats on cooking level (5), shuts off, and is completely blocked from being turned on again for hours. This degrades the kitchen to a breakfast kitchen. Knives are broken – bring your own. Large pots are available, but a colander is not. Please no non-stick pans. They can be easily damaged. Toilet seats are glued with power tape. A replacement would certainly have been easier and cheaper. Unfortunately, these are sufficient reasons for the poor rating. I would like to spend another summer vacation in this house and area if the few serious deficiencies are fixed.

We were skiing in the house for a week with 13 people and had a very nice time. The house was renovated a few years ago with high-quality materials, the rooms are functional and have comfortable beds, the bathrooms are nice, the living and dining room is furnished with a beautiful table and comfortable chairs, and the sauna contributed to everyone's relaxation after skiing. However, there are some flaws that show that the house has been cleaned but not maintained and repaired. The deficiencies mentioned in another review (defective toilet seats - taped with duct tape, broken door frames and curtain rods, far too few glasses, a balcony door that closes poorly, scratches and stains on walls and doors) still exist. Upon our arrival, the bathrooms and bedrooms were neatly cleaned and the beds made. However, there were still scattered items from the previous tenants in the cabinets (socks, pillowcase). There were also towels provided for everyone - contrary to the announcement by Belvilla. Knowing this would have saved packing towels. Overall, it would also be desirable if there were a few more coat hooks in the house, especially in the sauna, where there is not a single hook for hanging towels, etc. Despite the mentioned shortcomings, we had a good time in the actually beautiful house. The quiet location and the good accessibility of the ski areas by car are also noteworthy; the price-performance ratio was fine!

A beautiful, spacious house on the outskirts with a large terrace and very quiet location. Ideal for a large family, with a public pool and grocery store around the corner, and restaurants within walking distance. However, several things in the house need to be renewed and repaired (broken toilet seats/ curtain rods and blinds broken/ boards of the terrace table broken/ kitchen walls need to be painted because they are very dirty/ the ceramic hob of the electric stove is partially unusable, resulting in very long waiting times while cooking)/ the second dishwasher has probably been out of order for a long time!! Upon arrival, the heating was defective, so we only had warm water after one and a half days (showering became a challenge with ice-cold water!!!!!). We were very grateful to the property manager, who made a great effort to resolve the heating issue. The activation of the Lungau guest card was also very difficult, and we could only use it on the second day! The kitchen stove switched if several zones were used simultaneously. We had to wait to cool down, which is not pleasant with three hungry little children. Winter ski holiday left with no heating or hot water with outside temperatures of -10 degrees Celsius. We had to pay a nearby hotel for a room for the week to shower as they could not accommodate our whole party. We had with us a baby and small child. We tried to come to a commercial agreement however Belvilla continue to fob us off, one member of Belvilla was very abrupt when questioned about what they intend on doing about the situation.

We stayed with 16 people in this house. Sauna and bedrooms are nice and spacious, good beds. Living room is suitable for up to 14 people and very on the small side, dining table for 14 people. There was also almost no glassware (certainly not for 16 people) 2 wine glasses, 8 beer glasses, 12 tea glasses ... Furthermore, the temperature in the house could not be regulated, especially hot upstairs! Owner not yet seen on day 5 (key via key box) so no explanation about matters and also does not respond to messages. Area is perfect, very child friendly, we have a wonderful week.

There were 2 ovens, but they only had 1 grid available, so using the oven was a bit complicated. The dining table was great, nice and big and the chairs are very comfortable. The sofa was a bit too small for that, it is only suitable for 5 people. There was also only one TV in the whole house. There was a nice covered terrace, the equipment of this but was only designed for 6 people. The house is specified for up to 18 people and there are enough beds for it, but in our opinion the house is ideally suited for 10 people, then it gets a little narrower. The kitchen stove switched if several zones were used simultaneously. We had to wait to cool down, which is not pleasant with three hungry little children. A curtain rod in the living room has been hanging down for three years. It was great that our supervisor was available and very friendly during the national holiday.

Everything worked well, the house was ideal for our needs and the surroundings were good too. We were 8 people in this house and the house was well equipped. The rooms are equipped with high quality beds. The kitchen is very suitable for larger groups, there are 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators. There were 2 ovens, but they only had 1 grid available, so using the oven was a bit complicated. The dining table was great, nice and big and the chairs are very comfortable. The sofa was a bit too small for that, it is only suitable for 5 people. There was also only one TV in the whole house. There was a nice covered terrace, the equipment of this but was only designed for 6 people. The house is specified for up to 18 people and there are enough beds for it, but in our opinion the house is ideally suited for 10 people, then it gets a little narrower. It must also be mentioned that the photos in the advertisement do not correspond to the house. The house is very nice but does not match the photos. Here it would be good if the photos were updated.

Nice holiday home but many small defects; 1 dishwasher piece, kitchen lamp piece, rubber shower door loose. Door jams large bathroom, lamp here also broken and toilet creaks. Tile loose stairs. Garden house is crammed with dozens of garbage bags. Otherwise very satisfied and positive about the house. As indicated earlier via chat, a lot of chaos about the key transfer prior to stay. System Belvilla not up2date. Disappointing.

Winter ski holiday left with no heating or hot water with outside temperatures of -10 degrees Celsius. We had to pay a nearby hotel for a room for the week to shower as they could not accommodate our whole party. We had with us a baby and small child. We tried to come to a commercial agreement however Belvilla continue to fob us off, one member of Belvilla was very abrupt when questioned about what they intend on doing about the situation.

We were 18 guests and had enough space! Very comfortable house and the "sofa beds" are not sofas but real and comfortable beds! It was 10 minutes to the ski bus (Obertauern ski area). Check-in was very easy with the key safe.

We stayed with 16 people in this house. Sauna and bedrooms are nice and spacious, good beds. Living room is suitable for up to 14 people and very on the small side, dining table for 14 people. There was also almost no glassware (certainly not for 16 people) 2 wine glasses, 8 beer glasses, 12 tea glasses ... Furthermore, the temperature in the house could not be regulated, especially hot upstairs! Owner not yet seen on day 5 (key via key box) so no explanation about matters and also does not respond to messages. Area is perfect, very child friendly, we have a wonderful week.

The house is beautifully located, very spacious and newly renovated. It was clean (except for the windows) and everything we needed was there. For us - 9 adults and 4 children - there was enough space! The sauna was great and the beds were very comfortable! The outdoor area was unfortunately not as well maintained as the inside of the house; In any case, we would have been happy about the mowed lawn and somewhat less massive thorny plants on the terrace.
