Flachau is a well established winter sports resort and there's cross-country ski-trails and a large alpine ski-area just 500 m away. In summer, there are numerous walking that can take you from the house high up into the mountains. There's also a forest nearby, just 100 m away, where you can take long walks. You can also visit Amade Thermal Spa in Altenmarkt, which is just around the corner. The town centre is just 1 km away, from where you can fetch your supplies, or find restaurants to dine out.
There's free WiFi connectivity and parking facility here. The home is equipped with a modern kitchen and satellite TV for recreation. You will also find special heaters for ski boots here.

Arrival was easy. Apartment is complete with lots of space. Close proximity to the ski bus and slopes.

A nice place to celebrate holidays with family friends. The interior is dated, but clean and it lacks nothing. The friendly owner will occasionally ask if everything is to your liking. Distance to the slopes is OK me the car. The ski bus stops right down the street.

The house was clean and fully equipped, easy to get in.
Aside of that, quite many negative things: some beds are really really bad, at a point where it"s hard to sleep on them. The whole area smells literally like shit in the spring, as they"re spreading manure in the fields all around the house. So you can"t open any window without a strong insane poo smell invading the house.
While having been clear that we were leaving at 10am, the landlord arrived at 8am and started cleaning while we still were in the house, interrupting some of us on the toilets or in the bathroom. And last thing, he charged us an extra 50 euros for a key he claimed we lost while we never had it.
