Villa Tip Top is located on Ostseeallee and thus directly on the beach promenade, roughly halfway between Kühlungsborn West and East. After only a few steps you can relax on the beach - or pursue any beach activities. The house was completed in 2005 and offers every comfort. The pool with counter-current, the sauna and the fitness room are located directly in the house, just a few steps down. For quiet hours, there is also a fireplace that can be used with fuel paste. For relaxation, there are flat-screen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. With the comfortable audio system you can enjoy music via available internet connection or Bluetooth. Extensive kitchen equipment including NESPRESSO machine. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the complex and can be used for a fee. The swimming pool, the use of the sauna and the fitness room are of course included in the rental price. Cot (for third person) can be booked on request.
