A house on a prime location right next to the lake. From the large lovely terrace you can almost dip your feet into Lake Yxasjöns mirror like water. The house is secluded and peacefully located on a small plot. A perfect accommodation for the nature lover, surrounded by forests and lakes. A row boat is available and the lake offers plenty of fish. The fishing permit is valid in several lakes. The house is newly remodelled and the modern kitchen has all necessary equipment. The views of the lake is spectacular from the living room, and there's also a cozy fire place. A generous terrace with garden furnitures and grill. Several golf courses in the surrounding area.

The house itself is great. The terrace right on the lake and access to the lake is wonderful. Unfortunately, there were fleas in the bed and on the couch. The cleanliness and basic equipment in the kitchen leave much to be desired.

The house is perfect, in a very quiet location, with a large plot of land. The house is very well equipped, with a super beautiful large terrace and an outdoor fireplace for cool evenings. The house is very neat and clean, with a new, large and clean grill. There is a large modern bathroom, WiFi is available, and Amazon Prime TV or Netflix is possible. There is an unusually large rowing boat available. Supermarkets are nearby (12km). Ideal for families with dogs. The very nice landlord lives in the neighboring village in case there are any problems.

The extraordinary location right by the lake: peace, nature, solitude. Here you can switch off very well from everyday life. A paradise for children to play. The house-owned rowing boat was also very good.
