And it is very hot when there sun is shining.It would be nice when the make a larger opening (2 doors of a window next to the door) to the greenhouse from the house. Two bedrooms where you can easily get in and out of bed on both sides. The kitchen is fully equipped, from kettle to grill, cutlery, plates, good pots and small items. Dishwasher, stove, and fridge and freezer. There is also enough space in the bathroom where the washing machine is located. The living room has a large dining table, a 2.5-seater sofa, and two reclining chairs with footrests. A large conservatory and a large lawn area, a carport is also on the property. The interiors are all made of light wood, as well as the floor. The bathroom has bright modern tiles. The entire property is very well maintained and clean, and inside the house, it is just as fresh and flooded with light.

Well-maintained small but cozy house with a good winter garden, which pays off in autumn and spring, as you can sit there and enjoy the sun. In summer, I can imagine that it will be very hot inside.

The house offers plenty of space, it has comfortable beds and a nice large kitchen and a spacious bathroom. A very nice large well-maintained garden area and a great conservatory. Apart from a toaster, the house has everything you need.

House and equipment location good. Shower curtain unsightly. The key code was transmitted to us several times, but no Wi-Fi access was available in the house either. No house folder. We got the Wi-Fi code from the service office.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming holiday home. It was a bit of a drive to get to Kolding, but there were beautiful natural spots nearby, including Kalvehæj Skov. A nice blend of relaxation and adventure.
