Energy-efficient and wheelchair-accessible holiday cottage located on a large plot close to Ringkøbing Fjord on one side and the North Sea on the other. The focal point of the house is the 18 m² large swimming pool with a hoist for wheelchair users. Heating of swimming through pool heat pump provides low consumption costs for the tenant. Spacious house suitable for 2 families because of its functional structure and distribution of rooms. The living room has direct access to the large terrace. The living room is bright with furniture from 2004 combined with a functional kitchen. 2 bathrooms, one with adjustable sink. From the one bathroom you have access to the sauna. You can exercise in the gym or relax with a good book in front of the crackling fire from the wood-burning stove. Free admittance to the Danland water park at Søndervig. No letting to youth groups. NOTE Water Park is closed from 22.10.2022 to 10.02.2023

And everything about this house was great, super games for the whole family, great furnishings, plenty of space for a large family, sports activities with a bicycle and runner...super beautiful.

It was a very nice holiday with many impressions, the holiday area was always clean. Unfortunately, the rooms look much larger in the pictures than they actually are, but we didn't spend most of our time in the house anyway. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and very small. The pool was checked once a week. All staff from Dancenter are very nice. Legoland and the Lego House are only about 1 hour's drive away. The surrounding towns are easily accessible. The Lalaland was a highlight, an amazing swimming pool and indoor playground. The outdoor area with playground and bouncy castle was very nicely laid out and free of charge. There were also shops within a short distance, souvenir shops, toy shops, a pure shopping street could be reached within 5 minutes. Overall a great area.

Especially the kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of dishes and cutlery, even sharp kitchen knives in sufficient quantity. Very nice property with play opportunities for children, wind-protected terrace with many seating and lounging options. The house's equipment with sauna and activity room with darts and table football (of course, loud) is great, but for us only partially usable, as the children's room (where small children were accommodated) is directly adjacent. From the children's room to the living/dining room, you have to cross the pool area, which is not risk-free for younger children. We therefore always locked in between. Fortunately, locking is possible, several keys are available. These are located on the living room shelf to the left of the pool room door. We actually wanted to arrive with 11 people, but that would have been tight as the sleeping loft is maximum suitable for slim 10-year-olds.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit vielen Eindrücken, die Feriengegend war stets sauber, / Leider sehen die Zimmer auf den Bildern sehr viel größer aus, als sie eigentlich sind, Wobei wir die meiste Zeit sowieso nicht im Haus verbracht haben, Die Betten sind wahnsinnig unbequem und sehr klein, / Nach dem Pool wurde einmal in der Woche geschaut, Alle Mitarbeiter vom Dancenter sind sehr nett, / Das Legoland sowie das Legohaus sind nur ca 1h Fahrt entfernt, Die umliegenden Städte auf kurzem Weg erreichbar, Das Lalaland war ein Highlight, Ein wahnsinns Schwimmbad und Indoorspielplatz, Der Außenbereich mit Spielplatz und Hüpfburg waren sehr hübsch angelegt und kostenfrei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es auch auf kurzem Weg, Souvenirläden, Spielzeugläden eine reine Shoppingmeile waren ebenso innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar, Alles in allem eine tolle Gegend,

Insbesondere die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, reichlich Geschirr und Besteck, sogar scharfe Küchenmesser in ausreichender Anzahl, Sehr schönes Grundstück mit Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, Windgeschützte Terrasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen, / / Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Sauna und Aktivitätsraum mit Darts und Kicker (natürlich laut) ist toll, war für uns aber nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da das Kinderzimmer (dort waren kleine Kinder untergebracht) direkt angrenzt, Vom Kinderzimmer zum Wohn-/Esszimmer muss der Poolbereich durchquert werden, dies ist bei kleineren Kindern nicht risikofrei, Wir haben daher immer dazwischen abgeschlossen, Verriegeln ist zum Glück möglich, mehrere Schlüssel vorhanden, Diese liegen im Wohnzimmerregal links von der Poolraumtür, / / Wir wollten eigentlich mit 11 Leuten anreisen, das wäre eng geworden da der Schlafboden maximal für zierliche 10jährige geeignet ist,
