It started with the booking request, after about 7 emails and 3 phone calls the lady finally noted the correct date and confirmed it. Then I wrote again if I get a correct rental contract as usual, I got no answer. I thought ok it will be ok... then we arrived and were told no you can't stay until the requested date we would have to leave a day earlier it would be rented the next day! We always book a 3 room flat...then we were told by the lady of the house that we would not be using the one room!!! ! Hello?! We have never experienced anything like this in all these years and hope never again!
