Luxurious, architect-designed cottage with whirlpool located in scenic surroundings on a high-lying natural plot only approx. 500 meters from the sea and beach at Blokhus. The house contains a family room in open connection with the kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and a guest toilet. The living room is spacious and furnished with a cozy corner and dining area. The furniture is in modern Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on design, quality, well-being and cosiness. From the living room and several of the rooms there is direct access to the terrace area. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with i.a. American refrigerator with ice dispenser (180 l), ceramic hob and separate built-in oven with grill. For entertainment, there is a Nintendo Wii, Blu-ray player, internet (broadband) and TV with many Danish and international channels. For cheap heating there is air-to-water heat pump. The plot is a large, hilly natural plot with planting. On the terrace there is an outdoor shower. Please note that the house is located high. There are six steps from the driveway and up to the house. Not for rent to youth groups.

The location of the house is great. Unfortunately, the Apple TV is not optimal for Germans. The photos of the house are so generously photographed that we were already very disappointed with the rooms when entering, and at this price, one can expect the kitchen to be clean both outside and inside the cabinets, unfortunately that was not the case.
