This vacation home is a summer house, not recommended for autumn or even winter. It does have an electric heater, but it's not useful if the doors and windows are not sealed properly. The proximity to the water is fantastic. It's great for families, but only in summer. Unfortunately, we had to leave the house earlier due to the storms and high tide.
