Well-located architect designed holiday cottage with 18 m² pool, 5-persons whirlpool and a sauna for 6 people. The living room has a wood-burning stove, TV with satellite dish with international channels, and DVD player. Well-equipped kitchen with tile floors and every amenity needed e.g. dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, ceramic cooker etc. 2 bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating as well as washer and dryer in one of them. 4 bedrooms. For the children there are cot and high chair. There house has been renovated over the years, last time was in 2019. There is solar energy and 2 heat pumps which makes the house very energy-efficient. Large natural plot of 1400 m² with good opportunity for the children to frolic and there is a swing and a sandpit. There is also a portable table tennis table you can place whereever you want.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

General condition OK. Broken tiles, furniture not new but OK. Enough cutlery, plates, cups, etc. available. House was dirty upon moving in. We had to clean it ourselves. Dancenter kindly sent someone to clean after 5 days anyway. Pool light was not secure and floated in the water. Hot tub full of algae. Cobwebs everywhere. Door handles not secure. Windows completely dirty from the outside. Dirty cloths in the corners, long black hairs everywhere. Location very good. 10 minutes on foot to the beach. Or in 2 minutes by car. Nice beach. Shopping recommendation Saltum Meny. Nice store and offers Too-good-to-go. Ice cream shop at the beach is very good. Recommendations: Ice cream shop at the beach, aquarium in Hirtshals.

Unfortunately, the tiles are defective in the bathroom and there are cobwebs in the shower. The location is great and everything is easily accessible. Recommendations: Unfortunately, you have to drive to the nearest cities, which are easily reachable in about 10 minutes.

The division of the rooms is good. Large carport. Recommendations: The best attraction is the beach, and it's free.
