On a beach plot right on the water's edge in the first row approx. 5 m from the water you will find this holiday cottage. From the house you have absolutely incredible water views. Better location is not available. The house has both an open and a covered terrace. There are terraces both towards the sea and a secluded terrace behind the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Bathroom or bath very small. Toilet, sink, and toilet very small, not suitable for strong people. Only 4 German TV programs (ARD, ZDF, NDR, RTL). Recommendations: Small cozy house more for solo travelers and couples, great proximity to the beach and view.

The house has a fantastic location, which helps overlook some shortcomings. Personally, I would have wished for a dishwasher, as the dishes are washed more hygienically. The sink in the bathroom is definitely too small, and a renovation is also needed. The house itself is very beautiful; you can enjoy a nice view of the sea, and that is the most important thing. We also saw dolphins and seals from the house. Recommendations: The location right by the water makes the house an absolute highlight. For the vacation itself, you have to bring everything; there is no starter package for the kitchens. No dishcloth, no new brush or sponge. So please bring everything; there is nothing for the start in case you forget something. The real attraction is the beautiful birdlife, the lovely Baltic Sea, and the beautiful beaches that you can enjoy for kilometers of hiking. At restaurants, there is nothing; you can't get cake, snacks, or drinks nearby, so please pack a picnic basket and take it with you.
