Bright holiday cottage with automatic heat pump/air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and sauna, modern kitchen with all equipment, large living room with natural light, modern furniture, wood-burning stove, stereo, TV with satellite and direct access to the terrace with grill. For children there are various play equipment. The house is located in an expanded holiday cottage area on a 900 m² plot with trees. Free access to water park in Skive.

Cancellation terms:

  • General Conditions
  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
