The location was fantastic, close to Handbjerg Marina Beach and various dining options. The house had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to a functional kitchen. The children enjoyed the play area, and we appreciated the free WiFi!

The indoor pool is very nice and big enough to swim comfortably. It is also checked once a week by Dancenter (who rents out the property and not Belvilla. You only deal with Dancenter, Belvilla is actually no longer involved after booking). The cover of the pool was broken and the rolling mechanism was in the front yard upon arrival. Someone from Dancenter came by the next day and was completely unaware of this. That is quite strange when you are renting out the accommodation. Furthermore, a washing machine is also very handy. What was very disappointing was that little attention is paid to the house. The mattresses of all the beds were not very clean, and the same applied to the comforters. Moreover, all the wardrobes contained extra or dirty comforters and blankets, and in one bedroom, even a very dirty top mattress. All the wardrobes were so full that we could not fit our own belongings. We were 5 people, so we had space to put our things in an empty room, but if you are really with 12 people then you have a problem. The jacuzzi also didn't look inviting, we didn't dare to use it. If someone before you chose self-cleaning (like the tenants before us), then Dancenter should actually check whether the property has been cleaned properly by the tenant. If this is not the case, then Dancenter should instruct the cleaning company to clean this properly. Dancenter does not seem to do this. As a result, we did not have a very clean house, which is of course not what you expect. We also reported this (with photos) to Dancenter. The cleaner who came 2 days later was very nice and also indicated that they can only do something if Dancenter gives the instruction. This is very unfortunate. The house itself has quite a few nice things next to the pool, such as the foosball or pool table, the sandbox, and the play equipment, but it's such a shame that the interior seems so neglected in some areas. The beds are small and feel saggy, and it also gets very warm inside, even when it’s not that warm outside. The house has no air conditioning, but it also has no fans or anything like that. So especially when sleeping, this is not pleasant. The surroundings are very nice and also quiet. You can go to Thyborn (seal safari very nice, just like the aquarium where the ticket is valid for 7 days), Holstebro etc. It is also nice and quiet, so you can really relax. In short, the place was very nice, the house was quite disappointing, except for the pool.

Our family had a great time at the vacation home in Vinderup! The pool was a big hit with the kids, and we all loved the spacious layout. The beach was just a short walk away, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun and sand. Highly recommended for families!
