Positiv: Super Lage in allererster Reihe, Meerblick, tolle Natur, ruhig gelegen, Viele Terrassen, schönes Grundstück, / Innen sehr gemütlich, teils höherwertige Möbel und Geräte vorhanden, bequeme Matratzen, Gute Raumaufteilung - mehr Platz als man vermutet, Guter Kamin, Auch für Kinder gut geeignet - Sandkiste und Schaukel vorhanden, Grundsätzlich für bis zu 4 Personen - darüber wird es doch sehr eng, Top Kaffemaschine, gute Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, Internet gut und schnell, / / Negativ: Haus bei Ankunft schmutzig und nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Badezimer sehr klein, viel Schimmel im Bereich der Dusche / Duschkabine defekt, Ãberall verbrauchsintensive, teure Elektroheizungen, / Haus sehr alt (Baujahr 1966) - dadurch teils undicht und ungedämmt obwohl man sehen konnte, dass regelmäßig renoviert und nachgebessert wurde, Türen nur circa 1,85 cm hoch - nichts für große Menschen, Küchenausstattung teils stark verbraucht, Geschirr und Besteck austauschreif und teilweise Schrott, Schloss der Terrassentür defekt, Reparaturen teilweise nur provisorisch ausgeführt - man konnte sehen, dass das Haus und die Ausstattung teilweise, wohl aufgrund der starken regelmäßigen Vermietung und Auslastung, verbraucht war, / / Leider sehr negativ: Der Eigentümer "tauchte" eines Nachmittags auf, parkte auf dem Grundstück und blockierte unser Fahrzeug, schlich "zur Kontrolle" ums Haus herum, stellte meiner Frau Fragen, gab dann vor den Rasen zu mähen, verhielt sich sehr auffällig und neugierig - verschwand dann aber wieder nach 20 Minuten, Das geht gar nicht! Haben wir so in den letzten 20 Jahren Dänemark-Urlaub nicht erlebt,

The house has an optimal size for 4 people. It is clean and comfortably furnished. The location and the sea view are a dream. In the summer, the 4 seating areas on the wrap-around terrace are also great. We had a wonderful holiday with our dog.

The house has an excellent location with a completely unobstructed 180-degree view of the coast and the sea. There is a partially covered terrace and four garden tables, so there is something suitable for every time of day and weather. The house is located on the edge of a bird sanctuary. Particularly impressive was a large sea eagle that often stopped by, as well as the fantastic cloud formations and sunsets.

We liked that there were garden furniture in every corner outside and you could choose where you wanted to sit outside and maybe eat. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from the terrace.

The house is close to the sea. It has seating on all 4 sides. You can choose whether you want to sit in the shade or in the sun, whether you want to sit with wind or sheltered from the wind. You will always find the perfect spot. The layout of the rooms is very nice and practical. The house is lovingly furnished. Highly recommended.
