Holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located on a large natural plot in Blokhus. The house is large and can easily accommodate 2 families as the 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 mezzanines can sleep up to 12 people. The two mezzanines are only suitable for children. One mezzanine has a TV, DVD and video player and PlayStation with games. The house is modern with good decor and a wood-burning stove in the living room. Kitchen from 2010 with dish washer, freezer and microwave oven. Pool area with whirlpool and direct access to a large bathroom with underfloor heating and a sauna. The 18 m² large pool has a water slide and a 2 m² children's pool. There is an additional bathroom with underfloor heating. The house has both a covered and open terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. Additional equipment in the house is e.g. 3 TVs with digital satellite dish, stereo with CD player and surround sound. In addition washing machine, dryer, cot, and high chair. There is a ventilation system for heating of the hot water (Genvex) and in addition there are solar heaters for heating of the pool and the hot water. No letting to youth groups.

The house is beautifully situated in a very large natural property. The rooms are well laid out and absolutely everything you need for self-catering holidays is available as inventory. Those who use the wood stove in the cold season can heat the entire house with it. Electric heaters and underfloor heating are also available but increase the electricity costs accordingly. The pool is enhanced by a slide for younger children and a separate corner for toddlers. Sauna and hot tub are also available.
