The two-story vacation home, designed in classic Dutch style, features on the ground floor two bedrooms (a single room and a twin room), a narrow bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The living room includes an open loft and has a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove with four cooking areas, a washing machine, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A large terrace overlooking the private garden is adjacent to the garden door. Large windows offer a view of the greenery. A narrow spiral staircase leads upstairs. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed. There is a table on the gallery, a desk, and chests of drawers with board games. The holiday home has cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player available.

Location and surroundings of object
The two-story vacation home is located in a quiet vacation park with about 125 houses. The house is partly made of stone, partly of wood, built in the classic Dutch style. It comfortably accommodates five people. Next to the house is a parking space for two cars. The vacation park has a playground and a small outdoor pool, which can be used for free in the summer. Oudesluis is a small village in the quiet municipality of Zijpe, situated between the IJsselmeer and the North Sea. The city of Alkmaar - known for its cheese market - is about 30 km away. The port city of Den Helder is about 20 km away. From here, the ferry to Texel also departs. The nice small town of Schagen invites you for shopping and strolling. The North Sea coast near Callantsoog can be reached by car in about 10 minutes, as can the place Grote Keeten. In both places, sufficient free parking is available throughout the year. In the vicinity of Oudesluis, there are many nice places to stroll and explore. North Holland is known worldwide for its flower bulb cultivation. In spring, fields everywhere shine in glorious colors.

Very nice and friendly host is there to help with advice and assistance if there are questions.
The location in the park is great, especially with children.
Playground and a free outdoor pool.
Regarding the accommodation, the house looks great from the outside. The garden and the terrace are also great. Unfortunately, the grill was not usable as it was quite rusty and not really clean, just like the beach chair. The kitchen and living room were great, and nothing was missing in terms of cutlery; the appliances work great. The small bedroom downstairs unfortunately could not be used as it was not really clean and there was somehow always a smell of wet dog present; even extensive airing did not help. The large bedroom downstairs was okay, only the mattresses could be replaced. The bathroom and toilet are very small but sufficient; perhaps the toilet seat could be replaced as it is very wobbly. The bedroom upstairs is top-notch; there is nothing to criticize. Overall, it is okay in terms of price-performance ratio. What is also worth mentioning, which is a bit of a shame, is that almost all the cabinets are filled with personal items and other things, so there is little storage space.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Das kleine Schlafzimmer wurde inzwischen komplett renoviert und der Grill wurde ebenfalls gegen einen neuen Grill getauscht. Zu den Schränken sind Sie der erste, der diese Rückmeldung gibt. In allen Räumen stehen ausreichend Scränke zur Verfügung. Privat gekennzeichnete Schränke befinden sich nur im Flur und auf der Empore im Flur.
