We then looked at the reviews and found that the problem has existed since 2022. Apparently, nothing has been done to change this. Too bad. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. Recommendations: We didn't see much of the surroundings, as we spent our time making complaint phone calls, sending emails (with pictures), and waiting for support. After 2 days without any help, we packed our things and requested an alternative house. There was no support from the Dancenter hotline. The team at the service office in Rudkøbing helped us immediately and provided an alternative house. Thank you very much for that.
