Description
Our modern furnished holiday flat is close to the centre, ideally suited for 4 guests. On a living area of 52m² with a large balcony you live in Butjadingen Tossens directly on the North Sea coast.
The use of 4 bicycles and a parking space for your car in the underground garage are already included in the rental price. The holiday flat is very suitable for families with children as well as for seniors. Children's travel cot and high chair are already in the flat. Free WLAN+telephone landline (D)
You can take the lift from the underground car park to the 3rd floor, where the flat is located. There is matching furniture on the large balcony.
In the bedroom there is a box spring double bed 1.8 x 2 m, in the living room a comfortable Bali sofa bed 1.6 x 2 m.
If the holiday is not possible due to corona, all payments will be refunded 100% !!!!

Warm welcome "At Home"
From the inquiry to the booking and the stay, everything couldn't have gone better. The landlords are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and fair. The contact with the manager was absolutely problem-free, and we were able to plan and carry out the key handover easily and on short notice. The manager also showed us the premises and the parking options. We were surprised at how clean we found the vacation apartment. This is lovingly and also tastefully furnished (especially noteworthy are the fittings in the kitchen and bathroom), we felt at home from the very first second. The location is central, the surroundings are beautiful. It was our 10th stay in Tossens and certainly not our last. We would gladly vacation again in the "Nordsee-Oase" of the Emde family. Thank you very much dear Emde family for renting us a "home."

Dream apartment - dream weather - dream vacation
Fate led us to search for Butjadingen - Tossens - on the internet. We were lucky to choose the holiday apartment in the ALBATROS house No. 29 owned by Marita and Reiner Emde. We had very nice and friendly contact with them during and after the booking. The key handover was greeted warmly by Mr. Krowiorz. Entering the apartment felt like coming home, and we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is exactly as pictured, modern, beautifully decorated, immaculately maintained, and clean. Even when the weather was bad, we would have happily stayed inside. It has everything you need to feel good, and was topped off by 14 days of sunshine during our stay. Our conclusion: a dream vacation - why travel far when happiness is so close Recommended 100% to all, and we would happily book again with the Emde family next year.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
We did not know Tossens at all until now......and now we are total fans of this small place......
A big part of it is also this great vacation rental, where we really missed nothing and felt very comfortable from the beginning.
We have recovered super well in this one week.
We give you a 100% recommendation from us.

Short break at the North Sea.
We really liked the apartment a lot, we will definitely book this apartment again. The contact person on site was very helpful, everything worked out very well. The apartment is in a modern and well-maintained condition. The kitchen equipment was top-notch!
