Description
Our modern and lovingly furnished house is located in a quiet but central area and is suitable for up to 6 people. It is fully furnished and leaves almost nothing to be desired. The property is completely fenced in, so that your children or four-legged friends can play safely and undisturbed. The beach is about 750 m away
Furthermore, there is a sandbox for the little ones in the garden. A great trolley for excursions is provided free of charge for our guests. Other things are currently being planned, such as a brand new and high quality floor throughout the ground floor and partly upstairs.
In the warm season, a great beach chair will be available to our guests in the future.
The garage can be used perfectly as a lockable storage space for bicycles, e-bikes, etc.
In the holiday home there is 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room, 1 storage room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. These rooms are secured with a total of 5 smoke detectors for the safety of our guests.
The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is equipped to a high standard with a hot-air oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Small appliances such as a coffee maker, egg boiler, kettle, toaster and blender are also available. Of course, we have also thought of small items such as can openers and corkscrews
The dining area is separated from the living room and kitchen by 2 elegant glass doors. New is our elegant and massive seating group with 6 chairs, which invites you to linger. A high chair is available for our little guests.
In a small adjoining storage room, we provide you with a safe to store your valuables free of charge
The bright and spacious living room is flooded with light through 3 patio doors and offers enough space for a cosy get-together thanks to a generous seating set. A great dog sofa also entices our loved ones to linger. Here you will find a modern TV with SAT connection, internet access and a mini-stereo system. For cosy family evenings, we have also thought of board games
Directly adjacent is the spacious terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. You are also welcome to smoke here. For this purpose, there is a great tin barrel that can be used as a bar table.
Also on the ground floor is the smaller bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.
Upstairs is the first bedroom with a double bed, two-door wardrobe and a great seating combination for two people. This room is very spacious, so that a children's travel bed is set up here. Furthermore, there is a pretty play blanket with a play bow and a great music box for the little one(s).
Right next to it you will find another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and a two-door wardrobe. For rainy days, there are lots of things to do here, such as play cars, car rugs, dolls, puzzles, etc. - for big and small.
The second bathroom is also on the first floor and offers a shower, toilet and two washbasins. There is also a washing machine and ironing board with iron. For the little ones, there is also a sturdy changing mat and a stool in this room.
In the attic is the third bedroom, which offers another double bed, a wardrobe and a great furnished sitting area.
The entire house has wipe-clean and easy-to-clean floors (tavertine and laminate)
In 2022, we will carry out or have carried out some renovation measures during the periods without bookings, so that our guests like it even better in our house.

The small North Sea resort of Tossens is located in the west of the Butjadingen peninsula in Lower Saxony. The tranquil village, which is also often referred to as the gateway to the Jade Bay, fulfils almost all holiday wishes for everyone

The landscape and the healthy climate invite you to a relaxing holiday. People with allergies and respiratory complaints in particular benefit from the salty air in the health resort.
Our holiday home is in a quiet location at the end of a dead-end street. It is about 750m to the dyke.
All attractions of the neighbouring Center-Parcs / Nordseepark Butjadinger Küste can be used for a fee. Especially in less good weather, the subtropical bathing paradise Aqua Mundo is a good alternative.
The Tossens beach area offers many tourist attractions and there are numerous events for guests. The Friesenstrand, which was redesigned a few years ago, has been partially redesigned for "little pirates".
The Butjadingen peninsula with its small sausage villages, the Seefelder Mühle mill or even the museum in Fedderwardensiel offer many leisure activities.
The surrounding area can be explored on well-maintained and very well signposted cycle paths with rental bikes or bikes you have brought with you.

A beautiful vacation at the North Sea
We had a great time.
We lacked nothing. Lovingly furnished holiday home, quiet location (there is a construction site next door, but no noise pollution, etc.)
A few minutes to the water.
All rooms with external blinds, for a peaceful sleep, especially for late risers. Comfortable beds and great bedding.
We didn't miss anything in the kitchen, whether a vegetable peeler or a hand mixer, everything is available.
Cozy living room with an electric fireplace for nice evenings. Thought of all visitors, whether it's the travel cot for the toddler or toys, bowl, and bed for the furry family member, are on site.
Overall successful vacation, thank you.

The holiday home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very lovingly decorated, we really liked that, you immediately feel at home.
We can really recommend the Möwennest-20...the contact with the landlords is great...thank you for that and the caretaker is quickly available by phone and also on site, if needed...
Otherwise, I can only say, it was a few nice days there...and certainly not the last ones we spent there...
We will book it again directly for next year!

Highly recommended!
A really beautiful and large holiday home. We didn't miss anything. Everything is really there. There are also many options for the kids to keep busy when you're not out and about.
For the four-legged friends there are bowls, toys and even a dog bed.
We rarely had such a well-equipped vacation home as accommodation.
The sea, bakery, grocery store and various places (restaurants) are easily within walking distance.
We will definitely come back!!!

Summer vacation 2023
Well furnished holiday home with enough space for a family with children and dogs.
The outdoor area is large and there is the possibility to barbecue, and since it is completely fenced in, children and dogs are safe and can move freely.
The nightly peace is very relaxing and you can sleep undisturbed.
The kitchen is well equipped. The house also has free Wi-Fi.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Very nice holiday home
We stayed for one week in the holiday house as a family with 2 children, a dog, and grandparents, and felt very comfortable. The house is lovingly furnished, the children felt very comfortable in the children's room, and there was even toys to play with and a Bobbycar and balance bike for the garden and outside. They were very excited. Everyone had space and even for our four-legged friend, there was an extra dog sofa to rest on. We will book again next year and can recommend this holiday house 100%. The contact with the Winterbauer family was great and they were always helpful when we had questions. It's only a few minutes walk to the Friesenstrand and restaurants and a bakery are also nearby and within walking distance.

Rating Mövennest in Tossens
We will definitely visit the seagull's nest again. The house is beautifully furnished and nothing is missing. Child-friendly and dog-friendly. Fenced garden with toys for children. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is available that you need. The sea is very close and can be reached on foot, a supermarket is also not far from the accommodation. Feel at home.
The Mövennest-20 is a very special holiday home. Upon arrival, one feels at home and would love to stay in the Mövennest-20 for longer. We already spent our second holiday in this wonderful accommodation. It is located on the edge of the Centerparcs site and is cozy, high-quality and stylishly furnished. From Bremen airport it takes just under 1 1/4 hours to get to the Mövennest-20. There are many interesting and diverse excursion destinations and sights that can be reached within an hour's drive. In the immediate vicinity there are, for example, bakeries, a supermarket, various restaurants, an ice cream parlor, bicycle rentals, a multifunctional sports field, the tropical swimming pool 'Aqua Mundo', the North Sea golf course and the Friesenstrand with a beautiful large playground within walking distance.
The car can be parked in front of the garage and there is also space for a second car behind it. Bicycles & Co can be stored in the lockable garden. The equipment of the kitchen, living room & Co is excellent. The living room can be darkened with electric shutters. In front of the front door there is a separate residual waste and paper bin. For plastic waste, "yellow bags" are available in the kitchen, which could also be stored next to the waste containers.
The owners are very nice, reliable and easily accessible. The local contact persons or the manager are available by phone, come if necessary (punctually) and work very customer-oriented to our complete satisfaction.
The large garden with a lot of green space and the terrace with a great seating area, barbecue, deck chairs and the beach chair are also particularly noteworthy. To the delight of my family, the existing Wi-Fi works perfectly. For "bookworms", interesting books are available in the living room.
In short, it was a completely successful holiday and we will remember it fondly. Thank you very much, dear Winterbauer family!

Top-notch as always!!!
We have been enjoying our holidays at Möwenest 20 for years and found it to be great again this year. A great holiday home
We had a super nice time in this holiday home. Everything is super clean and beautifully furnished. It is only a few metres to the Frisian beach. We were there with our dogs and there were no problems. The landlords are just great and always available for problems.

Fantastic holiday home ?
We stayed here at Möwennest 20 for a week with two adults and a child, as well as our dog
It is a very nice, spacious holiday home, where really nothing is missing.
Everything has been furnished, decorated and stocked with love.
The enclosed garden is ideal for dogs and children, for playing and romping, but also for relaxing
For children / toddlers there is a travel cot, a high chair, children's cutlery,... are ready. In the children's room there are even toys in the drawers and also in the living room you will find board games, for the whole family
For the dog, there is a super cute dog sofa and bowls are also on site
The bakery, restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance and the dyke is only a few minutes away.
A great folder and flyers of places to go and restaurants are also provided and were very helpful.
The contact with the Winterbauer family was great! They always had an open ear and answered all questions quickly and very friendly

Wonderful accommodation
The really beautiful house is clean and very well equipped. The driveway with parking space for the car is also an advantage
The landlords are very friendly and always have an open ear
The central but quiet location meant that you were at the beach and the supermarket in no time at all, but you could also get to the next towns quickly and easily by bus
Especially families with small children would feel comfortable here, as the special needs of families with children have been taken into account. You will find all kinds of toys and a cot. There were also bowls in different sizes and a dog sofa ready for the dog
The entire peninsula offers a number of excursion destinations. There is also a clear folder with suggestions on site.
Personally, I can only recommend Möwennest 20!

Beautiful vacation
We had a wonderful vacation. The house is fully equipped. We could let the children and the dog jump around in the garden and as parents, we also had relaxing days.
For the children, there was a lot of toys in the children's room and also in the living room.
The fireplace grill was also often in use.
Many thanks to the landlord, who was almost always available.

Beautiful and relaxing days at Möwennest-20
We had a really great 5 days in Möwennest-20.
In the house there is everything for humans and animals, even for our little son we didn't need to take anything with us.... Toys, cot, high chair were indoors - sandpit, sand toys and vehicles like bobby car or running bike were outdoors. Our son had a lot of fun "at home" and we had an almost empty car :)
The location of the house is great and everything is available on the road to the dike, delicious restaurants, the Aqua Mundo Park where you can spend a lot of time in bad weather and much more
Before and during our stay, we had very nice contact with the Winterbauer family and were able to ask questions or clarify anything in advance in an uncomplicated way.
It was really a completely relaxed time for us, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back again :)

Das schönste Ferienhaus das wir jemals hatten
Per Zufall stoßen wir auf das "Möwennest 20" in Tossens. Von der Buchung, zur Anreise und zur Rückgabe des Hauses verlief alles Bestens. Wir fühlten uns seitens der Vermieter und der Verwalter immer sehr gut betreut und das Haus übertraf all unsere Vorstellungen. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus, das einem "zu Hause" entspricht. Die Lage ist top, man befindet sich mitten im Center Parcs Nordseeküste, man hat einen wunderschönen uneinsehbaren Garten (abschließbar) mit einer schönen Terrasse, Grill, Liegen, toller Sitzgarnitur usw. Im EG befindet sich ein Bad, die Küche (sehr gut ausgestattet), ein liebevoll gestalteter Essbereich und ein wunderschönes Wohnzimmer. Im OG sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Waschmaschine. Im DG war nochmals ein Schlafzimmer - sehr schön eingerichtet und mit einem Dachfenster direkt über dem Bett. Sehr sehr schön. Hervorzuheben wäre noch, dass es eine tolle "eigene Einfahrt" am Haus gibt, in der man mit zwei Autos hintereinander problemlos parken kann. Daneben wären auch noch öffentliche Stellplätze vorhanden gewesen. Auch Mülltonnen (Rest- und Papiertonne) waren direkt am Haus vorhanden.
Auch an die kleinen Gäste wurde gedacht - wir fanden einen Bollerwagen, einen kleinen Sandkasten, Hochstühle, schönes Spielzeug und auch ein Treppenschutzgitter vor. Zur Freude der Jugend war das vorhandene WLAN hervorragend. Zum Friesenstrand waren es ca 10 min, über die Kurkarte konnte man kostenlos mit der Buslinie "Strandläufer" fahren und auch mit Rabatt in das "AquaMundo" des CenterParcs einchecken.
Das "Möwennest 20" ist ideal um Urlaub (mit der Familie) an der Küste zu verbringen.

Total Klasse!!!
Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Die Ferienunterkunft ist superschick, die Möbel hübsch und modern und für die Kinder gab es super viel Spielzeug draußen im Garten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder?

Unsere Tage im Möwennest 20
Wir sind angereist mit drei kleinen Hunden.. 2 Chihuahua, 1 Shizu..
Es waren ein paar tolle Tage in dieser hübschen Unterkunft..alles hatte seinen Platz, was benötigt wurde war vorhanden..der Garten rundum abgesichert, so das man die Hunde auch mal draußen laufen lassen konnte, ohne Angst das sie sich verkrümeln..ich denke für Familien mir Kindern ist das Möwennest 20 ebenfalls super geeignet..ein kleiner Sandkasten im Garten spricht dafür..
Ich kann dieses Möwennest wirklich empfehlen..der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist toll..danke Familie Winterbauer..auch die Verwalter hat man schnell am Telefon und auch vor Ort, falls benötigt..
Ansonsten kann ich nur sagen, es waren ein paar schöne Tage dort..und sicher nicht die letzten, die wir dort verbracht haben..

Das beste Ferienhaus das wir bisher hatten
Wir müssen ehrlich sagen, dieses Ferienhaus ist das beste das wir bisher hatten in Tossens (in 10 Jahren). Wir sind eine Familie mit 4 Kindern und es passt einfach alles ganz genau zu uns! Wir buchen es direkt wieder fürs nächste Jahr!

Sehr gut
War mit meiner Familie hier es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehrgut Ausgestattet , hell und freundlich, kann es nur Empfehlen. Wir sind nicht Raucher, nach gutem lüften war der Geruch weg.

It was beautiful
We had a wonderful holiday in a really great house. The house is tastefully furnished and has everything you need
We have read in various reviews about the "smoky", yes, it smelled a bit like smoke, which cannot be avoided in a smoker's house. Which supposedly didn't help with other guests, we aired it out once and it was good!
We smoke too, but only outside, but we chose the house and I think it is stated in the description, then I have to adjust to it
We liked the location very much and the price-performance ratio was perfect!
The house is right next to the Center Parcs houses, so right in the heart!
We were very satisfied and had very friendly contact with the landlords, the Gabriel family and the manager, Mr Kirchner
Everything was absolutely uncomplicated and perfect!
We would recommend you to others and will certainly book again.
