Villa Tiki is a new luxury house, located in Medulin.

It takes 1 km to reach the most famous Medulin sandy beach, Bijeca.

This modern house with a private pool is located in a quiet part of Medulin, surrounded by rich nature, near a beautiful ranch with horses.

The outdoor area includes a private pool, sun loungers, gas grill, table and chairs for several people.

The interior of the house consists of 8 bedrooms, 8 en-suite bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The living room and all three bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and air conditioning.

Villa Tiki offers guests parking for 5 cars. For your little ones, there is a trampoline and a swing in the yard of Villa Tiki.

Nature Park Cape Kamenjak is not far from the property, 15 km away.
The park offers numerous activities such as hiking, BBQ, biking or quad biking, kayaking and just swimming in the crystal clear sea.

Also for adrenaline lovers, the small airport in Medulin offers panoramic flights, during which you can see the beauty of Medulin and the entire surrounding area from a bird's eye view. Medulin Airport is 5 km from the property.

The town of Pula, which has been the cultural center of Istria since Roman times, is 9 km from the property.
