Description

Beach home with access to bike paths, and a complimentary community boat ramp two homes away, which provides convenience for boating and kayaking. Lush tropical vegetation provides privacy on the property; decks from several egresses for stargazing at night. Brazilian cherry floors throughout much of the house; plantation shutters. A baby grand piano on the main level, vaulted ceiling, crown molding, and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has maple cabinetry and granite counter tops; master bathroom has tile walk in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bath, and an outdoor hot water shower. Home with proximity to Sanibel’s lovely beaches. A garage. 1,892 square feet. Non-smoking property, dogs and cats allowed. Minimum lease period is one month, but property is available to be rented for multiple months.
Licence or registration number: Tourist tax ID is 92328. Please note that there is a combined sales tax and tourist development tax rate of 11.5% in addition to base price.
