Would you like to experience Corsica in a different way? The residence "le 42ème Parallèle" (headquarters of Zimos Ltd.) invites you to discover an oasis of peace near the beautiful Ajaccio, nestled in the scrub of the village of Valle-di-Mezzana. You will be welcomed in a hamlet of four villas (100 m² each) for an intimate and personal experience, each with a capacity of eight beds on two levels. Come and relax on the ground floor in a large, bright living room with TV and open to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (crockery, four-gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, washing machine and laundry). Surely you will want to cook with friends or family! And there's nothing better than enjoying the sun on the terrace, which you can enter from the kitchen, for a convivial barbecue or just to laze around on our deck chairs, floor cushions, with or without parasol for the more adventurous. Our facilities are also equipped to welcome people with reduced mobility. For greater comfort, there are two bathrooms in each villa, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, each equipped with Italian showers, washbasins, bath linen, WC and hairdryer.
After a day rich in emotions and landscapes, we thought about your sleep, because a stay in the Corsican mountains is also a relaxation! That's why we have furnished for you two single rooms with a double bed (160x200cm) on the ground floor and on the upper floor with storage space, as well as a large bedroom with four modular beds which can turn the room into a holiday camp for your children or a third room with double beds! And as icing on the cake, if you are a fan of beautiful starry skies, you can access the roof terrace from the first floor.
With us you have Internet access via WLAN or Ethernet so Max can Skype with his Melina while Marion chats in peace on Instagram.
A shady and relaxing green area and a petanque playground are ready to welcome you for reading or a little competition.
Come and spend a cloudless stay under the Corsican sun. As it is important for us to make your stay easier, we offer a pick-up service for late arrivals for your shopping at the supermarket "Leclerc" so that your kitchen is ready before you arrive. No need to waste time or worry about useless things! We will take care of you. On request, we will be happy to provide you with a child seat, a baby bed or even a steamer to quickly get rid of the clothes creases left in your suitcase. Finally, a parking space is available on the property and a disabled parking area is located near the villas.
