The villa is located in a residence of 8 houses in the municipality of Calcatoggio. The other villas in the residence have comparably large plots. They have no direct neighbors
The villa is located in one of the most beautiful bays of Corsica, the Golf de Sagone, on the west coast of Corsica, 20 km north of the capital Ajaccio. The nearest village, Tiuccia, is 1.5km away. For your daily needs you will find here various shopping facilities such as a bakery, the post office, a pharmacy and a small grocery store. In Sagone or Ajaccio are large supermarkets.
In the immediate vicinity (500m) you will find a wide range of water sports such as diving, sailing and surfing. There are also other sports facilities such as tennis and paragliding. The villa is an excellent base for coastal and mountain walks in the fascinating mountains of the Calanche or for a bot excursion to Girolata, an old Corsican village that is not accessible by car but only on foot along the coast or across the water.
