The beach dune is comfortably and modernly furnished. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The terrace with cosy garden furniture, invite you to stay and relax. From the flat you have direct access to the fine sandy bathing beach with a view from the water to Kap Arkona. The "Stranddüne" is a non-smoking accommodation. Washing machine and dryer are available in the common room for a fee (3-5 euros). Lockable bicycle storage is available in the basement. There are various sports and beach games for young and old. And for the cosy evenings, books and board games. Shopping facilities, bakery and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. From the harbour in Breege, which is about 2 km away, it is possible to make excursions by boat to the island of Hiddensee and to the Störtebeker Festival. There are two parking spaces directly at the property. Optimal cycling and hiking possibilities to explore the island complete the offer. Dogs are welcome (fee Euro 5,-Euro per night).

The flats are located in the Baltic Sea resort of Juliusruh on Rügen - Germany's most beautiful island ! The 8 km long, fine sandy beach, which reaches almost to Cape Arkona, is approx. 150m away. The villa is located in the centre of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches lies along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top. It meets all requirements.
