In the 4-star holiday home Am alten Kapitänshaus, newly built in 2009, you will stay in a quiet location on a private road on Hafenstraße. Separated by a large open space, you will find a post office, bakery, shopping markets, bicycle rental and smaller shops and boutiques in the immediate vicinity.

You will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a second WC and shower. In the living room you will find a technical state-of-the-art media centre. The open kitchen with a dining table for 6 people is also perfectly equipped for your holiday with a 4-plate cooker, dishwasher, oven and microwave. A terrace awaits you in front of the living room and bedroom, where you can sit outside until late autumn.

The large terrace is glass-roofed and closed to the north by insulating glass windows. Terrace furniture - a bench, six chairs and a table - is available. There is storage space for bicycles in the wooden outbuilding. Parking facilities for two cars are available. Kitchen, bedrooms and living room each have a window with insect screen. Children's travel cot and high chair are available.
A small lawn invites you to relax on the available health loungers.
On the large open space / lawn, there is a garden pavilion with swivel barbecue.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, clothesline, ironing board, iron are located separately in the outbuilding. Tokens available from the caretaker.
