Description

The house has a bright and friendly interior and two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds. The house has a shower bath. In the living room you will find satellite TV, CD player and radio. The kitchen can boast a 4-plate cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. You also have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The holiday home also has its own parking space, a sun terrace facing south with garden furniture and a small lawn for sunbathing. Our holiday home is designed for all generations - from toddlers to senior citizens, everyone is welcome, pets are allowed.
On the large open space / lawn there is a garden pavilion with barbecue.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, clothesline, iron, ironing board in the outbuilding. Tokens available from the caretaker.

Not far from the centre of Prerow, in a rear location on a private road, you will live in particularly quiet surroundings at **** Haus Claudia. Our house is protected by an old tree population and has a cosy atmosphere on a side street off Hafenstraße. Separated by a large open space, you will find a post office, bakery, shopping markets, bicycle rental and smaller shops and boutiques in the immediate vicinity.
The Claudia holiday home is the ideal domicile for a relaxing beach holiday.

Vacation

We were in the holiday apartment of Mrs. Meier for the second time, a friendly and conveniently furnished apartment, very clean and well-kept, ideal for our dog, on the ground floor with a very nice garden and a cozy terrace, very nice contact with the landlord, but also with the service company Fa Stein, we will gladly come back next year!
