We have stayed in many houses and apartments in Greece, but never as well-equipped as this one. Shower curtain, hairdryer, sunbeds, etc. Also spacious with a veranda all around and very clean. Very friendly owners, also at the great taverna only 50m from the house. Nice beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Come and enjoy!

The location of the house with a covered porch in the olive garden was very pleasing to us. You can take a walk on the long, almost deserted gravel beach and swim in the clean sea. The landlord was very friendly and offered us the freshly ripe figs from the tree - delicious. We felt very comfortable among the locals.

We had everything we needed - air conditioning, washing machine, and much more... It was simply fantastic. There were free sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, and there was also a tavern where the food was super delicious. There may not have been as many choices as in German restaurants/taverns, but the food was simply amazing! We highly recommend Nikos' holiday homes because this holiday was the best we ever had!!!

The holiday home was a dream. Pure relaxation. The all-around terrace is huge and the very short walk to the beach, through olive and fig trees, allows for spontaneous swimming pleasure. The beach is not necessarily recommended for very young children, as it is very stony and quickly deep. In the evenings, there were also regularly high waves. But not far away, a tip from the landlord, there is a beautiful sandy beach. The beach bar is really highly recommended. Great food, friendly service, and dreamy sunsets. The landlord was also always very helpful and gave good tips about the area. We were allowed to help ourselves to his fig trees at any time. We will definitely come back!

Right down at the beach, there is a tavern with excellent food and friendly staff. Free lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower and changing room, are available there. During our visit in mid/late June, there were only a few people on the beach. The house is nicely and functionally furnished. On the surrounding terrace, there is a suitable spot for a lounging chair at any time of the day. The landlord is friendly, cheerful, helpful, and available at all times. The vacation was a dream.

Stone beach within walking distance in 300 meters, only for those who love stones; very nice sandy beach reachable by car in 15 minutes. Landlord nice, but was not on site on arrival. Had to ask around and got the house key at the kitchen at the beach; Directions in the travel documents were not precise enough, property could only be found on the second attempt. Sofa bed in the kitchen only suitable for a child, washing machine in the house worked well, generous distances to the other houses, therefore no mutual disturbances, overall quiet location, shopping only possible by car, as it is far from the village of Kastro.

The house was very clean and equipped with everything necessary. The surrounding garden and barbecue area were great. Far away from busy roads, the children could play and run around safely. The few meters to the beach were no problem at all, and the beach itself, while somewhat rocky (coarse gravel, hardly any sand), was scarcely visited and very quiet. The sea was clean, very clear, and really great for swimming and snorkeling. Right on the beach, there is a small tavern that offers really great food at affordable prices. The landlord of the apartment house was very nice and extremely accommodating. I will come back with my family anytime!!!!

The accommodation was clean and tidy, and the key handover was completely problem-free. During our stay, there was a power outage caused by a thunderstorm, which resulted in no water running. The landlord immediately took care of it, and the power supplier repaired the mast while he promptly restored the water supply. Of the three NIKOS houses, we (3 persons) had booked the highest situated house. From here, the sea view is the most beautiful. The house was very clean, bright and friendly. The rooms were pleasant and big enough. The outside facilities were surprisingly green. One feels at home here. The way to the beach is bumpy but pleasantly short. The beach is a mixture of sand and gravel, with only stones in the water. The clear water was great for snorkelling. Due to the fast sloping beach, there are also higher waves. The taverna on the beach is a poem. You feel very welcome. The food is inexpensive and very tasty. It was so good, we were there every evening for dinner. One should not be deceived by the simple furnishings. These houses are worth the trip.
