Villa Old Well is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean nature, it has a beautiful garden with a private pool for our guests and a BBQ area.
Villa Old Well on the island of Zakynthos represents a perfect choice for all those who dream of a stay of great quality, with every comfort but with prices accessible to all.
Villa Old Well is newly built, spread over two floors, is surrounded by a private garden and offers a private pool with loungers for relaxing.
It is the perfect accommodation for 4/6 people.
The villa is 140 m² and offers on the ground floor:
- living area with sofa, satellite television, stereo and fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, electric plates, microwave oven, dishwasher
- dining area with table and chairs
- bedroom
- bathroom with shower
- large veranda in front of the pool.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms one with 2 single beds and one double. There is also a second bathroom with shower.
Furthermore there is a very large veranda with a wonderful view of the pool and the garden.

Villa Old Well enjoys an excellent position on the island of Zante and is immersed in the countryside of the village of Tragaki.
During your holidays at Villa Old Well you can walk to the beach of Ampoula, a beautiful and small bay equipped with an English lawn that offers umbrellas and deck chairs, public showers, a snack bar and a couple of traditional restaurants.
Thanks to its central position on the island of Zakynthos, from the Old Well villa it will be very easy to reach both the northern part of the island with its isolated beaches and its wild landscapes, and the area south of Zakynthos with its tourist beaches and its long stretches of sand. Even if our villa enjoys a quiet and secluded location, you will only need fifteen minutes to reach the city of Zakynthos, the port where the ferries arrive and the airport.
Just one kilometer from Villa Old Well is the tourist village of Tsilivi which offers a great choice of traditional Greek restaurants, local shops, mini-markets, cocktail bars and evening entertainment.
